Very friendly, service oriented and welcoming staff. Clean, well maintained room, comfortable beds and bath room and an extensive breakfast buffet. We received a free upgrade from single to triple room upon request for a room with 2 single beds instead of 1 double (dad & son). We received a free ‘welcome Prosecco’ with a nice variety of treats before dinner time. Optionally you can have a 3 course dinner for a fixed price with a choice of menu options which we found was a great price-quality. The manager advised us on delicious accompanying local wines at very reasonable prices.

Manager Christiano is an exceptional host with a gift for hospitality! His infectious smile and ability to make his clients enjoy their stay is wonderful . His wife is an incredible chef, the food exceptional. We are traveling the Dolomites for two weeks and this is by far the best place we have stayed !! Would love to return !

Both the staff and the owner are super- friendly and very hospitable, dinner was tasty, good beds, nice clean rooms… and then there’s this spectacular view of the Dolomites 🤩. 100% recommend !

The nice small balcony could have had a chair or two. At least one chair (and a small table plus garbage bin) would also have been nice in the room for more comfort and practicality.

Breakfast was good and staff extremely friendly & polite. The hotel had been newly renovated and they served excellent dinner (to be prebooked and paid separately). Room was clean and bed very comfortable.

I was very happy with my stay, the hotel is located on the edge of the town, so its quiet, however within few minutes you are in the centre with bars and restaurants. I liked my room which was stylish and clean with nice moutain view. There is a large car parking in front of the hotel. Also breakfast I found very good, large variety of food, very good quality. There are two cables directly in the town and many turist path around. The staff was perfect. I also enjoed the half board dinner served in the hotel, I dined three times and always the food was great.

The matras was too hard for my taste. There were very few people which made the dinner a bit awkward. I guess we were off-season. Also, because they were doing maintenance on the building (no problems due to this though). There was no hanging space for our clothes only shelves.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dinner was good and not pricey. Breakfast had enough options.

The wifi outside of the lobby was spotty. The repeaters in the building need some tweaking so it correctly links you to the same internet pathway as the lobby wifi.

The breakfast was awesome, the staff extremely accommodating, and the location of the hotel an absolute delight.

Most of the staff was VERY unfriendly. The manager was friendly but was utterly useless. The heating in the room was not working so the room was very cold. we complained about it several times and were promised it would be treated but it wasn't. The shower was also cold when we showered in the evening, they said it's because everyone is showering in the building at the same time.

To our great surprise, there were no curtains / blinds in our rooms. (We are talking about a room for Euro300.00/nigh!) In addition, the Christmas lights were flickering just outside of the window...it was like trying to sleep in a DISCO less music. We did complain on the first day, but nothing was done for the whole week. The bath tub was nice and clean, but neither the tap, nor the plug worked. Again complained on the first day, but nohting was done. The WIFI that was essential to us as we had to do some remote work, did funtion but only for the first two days. We were without it for four days, inspite of our complaint. Instead a regularly working sauna, one had to book for an hour for Euro50.00 per hour. I have never been to a hotel where I had to pay / book the hotel's sauna. It was an unusual arrangement to say the least...

The breakfast was good for the first few days, but on the last two days they were running out of food and the staff seemed to be under quite a bit of stress. We had spacious rooms.
