A bit more storage space in the room would have been nice. Also an armchair in the room would have been appreciated, the desk chair wasn't very comfortable. These are minor points and we loved our stay here.

The food was excellent. The buffets at breakfast and dinner were superb, with lots of choice and all beautifully prepared. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a great range of activities on offer, such as guided walks or mountain bike tours.

From the minute we arrived the staff were exceptionally helpful. Taking our bags, parking the car, providing a complementary welcome drink and snack. The staff throughout each area of the hotel (front desk, breakfast, dinner, cleaning staff, valets) provided the best service we’ve ever received in all of our years travel. The hotel is stunning. The rooms are large and very comfortable.

-Everything was simply beyond our expectations. 11/10. -The staff can be one of the most polite and attentive. Everyone was kind, sweet and helpful. -We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner, when served buffet, is usually average as per our past experience. Large and stylish restaurant, where we had a designated table. No crowds, no queues, no loud music or loud people. We had by far the best mushroom risotto we have ever had. The breakfast also deserves an individual review. The food in general was exceptional. -The room was beautiful, fresh smelling, nice little terrace, stylish and luxurious. -The facilities were clean, nice, and you have several options like few different saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool.

My only request would be a slightly larger refrigerator in the room. It is very small and full with pre-stocked drinks, which doesn’t leave any room for personal items.

Awesome hotel with very helpful staff. The location is perfect for access to town and nearby hikes. The pools are excellent and a major factor for why we stayed here (young kids). We would definitely stay here again!

We didn’t enjoy the facial. Felt it was very lacking and expensive. The massage was outstanding.

We loved everything! The incredible location, the sensational food - come just for the food! The rooms are so comfortable, the wellness centre is amazing. The staff are exceptional as well. We can’t wait to come back!

The village shuts down in low season but this was not an issue as the hotel provided what we needed.

This is an exceptional experience staying here. From the moment you check in you feel like you are a VIP. the facilities are superb. we stayed in one of the renovated suites so everything was above expectations. everything you needed was provided including transport to ski lift and free unlimited public transport passes. I would suggest getting half board as the food is part of the overall experience. We extended our stay as we were so impressed. Thank you Martha and the team for making this an amazing stay.

If you are looking for a 5 star stay in the Dolomites and you can afford it, look no further then the Granbaita. Everything from the food to the service was exceptional. Food- if you can, please get the boarding included. Some of the best food in Italy comparable to Michelin star restaurants. Service- everyone was helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough about how gracious and attentive the staff are Extras - we didn’t take advantage of the hotel completely. The spa is extra but worth the cost. They have some free guided tours as well as let you rent e bikes for free

This hotel is simply fabulous. We stayed in one of the new(er) spacious suite rooms with a large bedroom, living room with seating area, 2 great bedrooms and large balconies on two sides, offering splendid views on the Dolomites. The welcoming is super, all staff very helpful and friendly, esp when it came to comfort us with Gluten-Free meal options for our 12 year old son. The Spa is just amazing, the free usage of Electric bikes simply great and we also made 2 wonderful hiking trips under the guidance of a very nice and experienced Guide.

No heater at balcony

Compare with 5 years ago, the hotel had renovated to become more stylish. Room used more wood to give warm feeling. We arrived on Sat evening and planned to start skiing on Sun. However local pharmacy was closed so no swab test could be done to activate the ski pass. The hotel staff immediately took us to the next town to do the test so as to not wasting our valuable ski holiday.
