Internal hallways were quite scruffy once you had left reception area. Very small bathroom and no full length mirror.

Central location to explore Florence. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, on the second day when we woke up, there was a large black leech in the bathroom :( and there were bugs in the room. Since it was our check-out day, we left. The room's window faced a dark void with trash, and the view was bad. There was no mirror inside the room, and although there was a small mirror in the bathroom, the bathroom was small and lacked any shelves or places to put our belongings.

The staff were friendly and gave us a room before the check-in time. The gentleman at the reception assigned us a room on the first floor because we had luggage and there was no elevator. The room was large and spacious. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and also a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.

Worst part was no elevators - you had to carry your luggage up the stairs. We came in around 3 and there was only a lady at the front desk - support staff gone for the day. So no help.

The property is located in a great place. Only a 7 minute walk from the train station and within 10 minute walk to any where.

Beds were rock solid, really not comfortable at all. There was one stick thin pillow, again, not comfortable at all. No lift so if you travel with a big suitcase, expect to drag it up stairs

Helpful staff, showed us a map and good sites to see on arrival. Great location for all sites, good walking distance. Decent sized bathroom with room to shower. Could leave luggage on checkout day.

The room was very small and it almost did not have windows so the light was not the better.

I liked the location, really centered in Firenze. The staff was super nice and it had a good wifi.

The shower was the tiniest shower I've ever used, and I'm even including showering in RV campers. Additionally, the addition of the rain shower feature would be nice in a normal-sized shower, but the apparatus protruded from the shower wall in an already cramped shower, so that when trying to bathe, a person keeps accidentally bumping into the lever and changing the water temperature! It was a horrible design and we are small people, so I can't imagine how a larger person would cope. One other complaint I have is the mattress. It was not as hard as other mattresses I unfortunately experienced in Italy, but it had a pretty extreme depression in the mattress that made my back ache after sleeping in it. The mattress really needs to be replaced.

This hotel was super convenient to the train station and an easy walk from many of the main attractions in Florence. We also loved the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating--we were able to check in early and leave our bags after we checked out. We also felt very secure with the monitored door and the code required after hours. Our room was large and the bathroom was also large, especially compared to other hotels in Italy.

I wish there was a second mirror in the room for saving time. One person could make use of the mirror in the toilet, and the other one could make use of the mirror in the room for time-saving reasons.

I loved the staff. The young girl with the eyeglasses at the reception had a heartwarming welcome for us and was more than willing to give us any information needed. She was really hospitable and made us feel at home. The hotel was perfectly located at the center of Florence. It was a 5 minute walk from the central train station and 5-6 minutes from the Duomo Cathedral on foot. Everything was around. It was clean and neat.

Room was small and a bit grubby, bathroom the same and the overhead shower didn’t work, I put the do not disturb sign on my door yet the maid still came in, I was sat naked on the toilet with the door open 🤣🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 I put some clothes on and went outside and she was like “sorry sorry” she literally had to move the do not disturb sign to get to the door handle 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🏻 I was there only two nights so didn’t bother to report my concerns tbh
