Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreeceOne of the highlights of this hotel is its prime location. So close to Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps and Via Condotti! And next to two beautiful restaurants where I enjoyed wonderful Italian dinners.

United StatesWI Fi was always a problem, barely had connection. Room doors lock by themselves, without keys and it's not mentioned prior. So I got locked out of my room without keys or phone. Luckily my neighbor reached the receptionist and she came right away

FinlandRoom is clean. Toilet is leek’s annoying didn’t like that sound constantly. The smell of room is something else, almost get asthma attack it’s too much for that kind of space where u never know visitors can have allergies or health issues. No breakfast even booking told there’s options for it. And I’m still requesting receipt for payment. For all and all I know it’s rome and location tell’s the price, but I don’t know..

AustraliaThe apartments were difficult to locate and front door signage could be improved. The apartments are boutique apartments starting on 1st floor, which are accessed by stairs. Once on the 1st floor there is lift.
The Spagna Dream Suites are quaint apartments centrally situated in Rome City close proximity to well known cultural attractions. The room are apartment rooms, small in size but are comfortable and clean. Suitable for couple days stop over.

the location was super! it’s exactly in the centre. Rooms on the fourth floor are new and there are two nice terraces with tables to use if u want to have breakfast or aperitif there. And the staff is really really kind.
