Room is clean. Toilet is leek’s annoying didn’t like that sound constantly. The smell of room is something else, almost get asthma attack it’s too much for that kind of space where u never know visitors can have allergies or health issues. No breakfast even booking told there’s options for it. And I’m still requesting receipt for payment. For all and all I know it’s rome and location tell’s the price, but I don’t know..

Just wasn't what we had expected by looking at the photos.

Great location, central to all main tourist areas within a short walk. Restaurants and cafes right out the door. Beautiful old building. The host was lovely and very accommodating.

Signs to roof top terrace and cleaning up there required.

The location was great. 10mins walk from tube,,fountain,steps, park, Basilica. Everything else no more than 20 mins. Little Co-op shop next door. Room and bathroom very good size and comfy bed.

It was really good value for money and everyone was very helpful.

We loved the roof terrace outside our bedroom, which made up for the fact that our (very reasonably priced) room was NOT as grand as the photographs....

The apartments were difficult to locate and front door signage could be improved. The apartments are boutique apartments starting on 1st floor, which are accessed by stairs. Once on the 1st floor there is lift.

The Spagna Dream Suites are quaint apartments centrally situated in Rome City close proximity to well known cultural attractions. The room are apartment rooms, small in size but are comfortable and clean. Suitable for couple days stop over.

it’s really really noise. This was the only negative point. So if you don’t mind about this, this structure is perfect.

the location was super! it’s exactly in the centre. Rooms on the fourth floor are new and there are two nice terraces with tables to use if u want to have breakfast or aperitif there. And the staff is really really kind.

The lift made a horrible high pitched noise if it’s internal doors were left open, unfortunately other guests returning at 2am left the doors open and the noise didn’t stop.

the shower drainage cap was loose and i cut my foot really bad and blood was everywhere. they changed sheets but didn’t do anything about the drainage cap. and didn’t mop the floor with blood. oh, and we stayed right next to the reception desk. wasn’t fun, because we heard people coming and going.

Checkout very early, at 10AM. Rooms 101 and 201 face the street Via dela Vitte, that is very noisy in the early morning (6AM), with cleaning vehicles passing, car or shop’s alarms and people. Ask for rooms higher, forth floor, that are more modern too.

The location is great. Walking distance from Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia. The room was spacious with a bed and a sofa that turns to a bed. Naira, our contact at the hotel, was very helpful, booked a transfer from and to the airport.

The location. The room was totally quite and we could have had a great night sleep if it wasn't for the old mattress that was noisy and very uncomfortable, plus the shower was leaking where it shouldn't have and the sliding door was off the tracks

Had to request shower mat /shower gel and coffee to be replaced after 1st day . Room not cleaned on last day and again coffee not replaced. Perhaps minor issues overall, but lacking attention to the housekeeping .

Location was great for sightseeing ,shopping and bars and restaurants. Nearby taxi rank for airport etc.. Comfortable small room.

Our room was at the front of the property and a bit noisy in the early mornings. However, it didn’t really bother us as it’s to be expected with such a central location. It was also very quiet at night.

Perfect for a few nights in Rome. Location is ideal, we walked or took the metro everywhere. Room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We received info on check-in and were left alone the rest of the stay, which suited us.
