Nothing. Just one thing to note if you leave the bathroom door open the AC shuts off.

Loved every minute of the stay. Very clean, amazing meals, a sparkling large pool and a shuttle to the top of San Giamano. I had the best steak of my life here.

Charging 15 euros an hour in the afternoon to run the AC is outrageous for the price we paid.

Room with terrace and view of cypress trees were amazing. Pool was great. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

There was nothing we did not like about the property. You are in the country so keep that in mind. Thats why we loved it. This place is very comfortable to navigate and they have a restaurant on sight and wonderful breakfast every morning on the big restaurant patio that overlooks the property. And for those who like to hike/walk there is a path on the property that leads to San Gimignano.

The property is beautiful! Just what you would imagine Tuscany to look like. Olive trees, grape vines, Italian Cyprus trees and amazing views from everywhere! And San Gimignano is just up the road 🤗

Very well maintained hotel. Large break fast spread. Fantastic pool. And super close to San Gimignano. The resturant next door is also very good.

The walk to San Ginignano was a bit longer than we anticipated but the hotel is still in a great location. If walking back in the dark I'd suggest a torch!

We loved this hotel. It was very picturesque, with a great pool and good rooms. We had a garden terrace which had lovely views. The breakfasts were amazing on the terrace, great selection of food and the freshly squeezed orange juice was probably the best we had ever tasted. During our stay a day time shuttle service was offered into San Gimignano which we found helpful but it is also possible to walk.

The staff, the owner gave us a lift to San Gimignano in the shuttle, we had reservations for dinner and everything tasted incredible! The ravioli was amazing and the caprese salad was so fresh! We loved every bite!

For early risers , coffee at 7:30 am is a bit hard. We wish there was tea and coffee access evening and mornings. Whether it’s a coffee maker in the room or in the large lobby area. Take away from restaurant would be convenient. Thursdays be aware the restaurant is closed. So you must travel to to town to eat.

Lovely decor and pool area. Beautiful plants. Breakfasts included were very good. Beautiful walk to San Gimignano. Laura was helpful. The gentleman that provided us service by the pool was very friendly and efficient

Good location but online pictures show better views than it actually has. Bed was a bit too hard and there is no screen so you can't get fresh air without getting bugs in the room. But overall the property is nice. Great pool area.

Breakfast was excellent. When we ordered a drink in hotel bar we waited at least half an hour to get it.
