Small friendly hotel. The staff/management were very friendly and accommodating, very helpful. The property is very near to everything and everywhere, in a nice location. Good for the language school I attended, 5 mins away. Breakfast was good, hotel 8n general well maintained and clean. Small and friendly.

Hotel Sogno, is a great place to stay! Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and located centrally to everything in Viareggio (i.e. the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, train station etc). The rooms were cleaned daily, which was super nice. A bit of refurbishment could make this place even better. Walls are very thin and you hear and can be heard.

Exceptionally helpful staff, kind, present and accommodating. Really made a difference during my stay. Breakfast was very good and abundant. Location it's superb (at least for me) as you can walk to the seaside and train station, but also to the south dock area, if you can make it a little further. The room even had a small balcony which was a nice surprise.

Shower at 6 A.M. was cold; we had to ask to have towels changed since they clean that apartment once a week.

The Hotel is pretty close to the train station and not too far from the Lungomare. There is also a huge park in front of it. The staff is very kind and tries to satisfy every their clients' need.

Lighting in my room was harsh, need warmer, more natural light bulbs.

Continental breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. Excellent location, near the sea and across the street from a lovely park. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Recommended.

The location is perfect - nearby is the nice park, five minutes walk to the sea. The hotel is a little bit oldy, but everything is very neat and clean. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the owner of the hotel should give a bonus to the girl at the reception, I got the impression that she works there around the clock.

Perfect location for public transport and the walled town centre. For a "no frills " hotel it had everything you expect in a more expensive one. Efficient Air Conditioning, refrigerator, safe, good quality shower gel etc.

A little issue was a fridge, which was a bit unusually loud, but it didn’t bother me much.

We enjoyed our stay here - the room was very clean, the location is great, it’s close to the beach, park and the restaurants, just a very lovely area. The staff is friendly too.

The room was spacious and very clean, comfortable bed and well functioning AC. Location was great, between the railway station and the beach. Self check-in is really convinient. The staff is amazing, always willing to help. Breakfast was really good.
