Room that was fine for 2 last year was a crowded for 3. THE additional bed was shorter and narrower than normal twin. Shower floor was very slick with no grab bar.

One of the best breakfasts we've had at an exceptionally clean hotel. We returned with our son this year after a wonderful stay last year. Friendly receptionist made us feel welcome.

Checking in & out was a bit difficult. We had to leave very early in the morning and there was no way to check out

Our stay at this modern and cozy hotel, located in a charming town with a rich history, was simply amazing! The hotel offers incredible views of the mountains and meadows, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity. One of the main highlights of this place is the numerous hiking trails. We took a beautiful walk to the waterfall, where we enjoyed stunning views, perfect for photos and relaxation in nature. Nearby the hotel, there is a cozy café with ice cream, where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the waterfall. The hotel turned out to be pet-friendly: they made gifts for our dog, which was very pleasant and unexpected. The breakfasts at the hotel were delicious and varied, making each morning special. This hotel is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty of nature, active leisure, and comfort. We will definitely come back here again!

We didn’t figure how to turn on the light from the balcony but may be a mistake on our part

Well positioned (near Ortisei), modern and clean, the room was very good and had a really nice view. Amazing breakfast (options for evey taste, savory and sweet) and the reception was good with communication.

The staff were great, we got to check in early, free shuttle bus into Ortesei. Huge variety of breakfast, excellent dinner and plenty of parking.

Some kichen smells came up to our room as the window was open.

Breakfast was excellent. Really exceeded our expectations. Parking was great. Dog waching facilitiy was nice if we would have had our dog with us. Building was really nice. Outside terrace was lovely.

WiFi in Lounge area non existent which spoilt the leisure time we wanted relaxing there. WiFi in rooms was just adequate. Parking garage needed more light as felt it was very dim. No staff to ask for help after about 8pm

There is no bell at the door from underground garage to the hotel lobby. For folks who haven't checked in and gotten their key, they cannot enter hotel from garage. Furthermore, the EV charger can only be activated while there is staff on duty and thus if you go out for dinner, you won't be able to charge your car on premise when you come back.

Breakfast is very sumptuous. Rooms are clean and functional. Parking is plenty. It's 10 mins drive from Ortisei.

It felt like the wait staff ignored my friend and I when we wanted to eat there. Like they were doing us a favor. We did not get seated in spite of waiting 10 + minutes and there were plenty of open tables. We went elsewhere and had much better service.

I recommend everyone to stay here! It locates near Ortrisei with about 4-6 min by car driving. Staff is friendly.The room is new and clean but i think it’s few mirror that there is only one mirror in toilet 😂. By the way, the breakfast is very fabulous! There are many kind of food, and it’s soooo delicious. I really love it !

If I had to say anything I would say we couldn’t figure out how to control the temperature (we didn’t ask for help either) so it did get a bit warm. We opened the back door a little to let the cool air in and that was perfect. One other thing was we couldn’t let my kids watch tv because it was not censored. As we were going through the tv guide looking for some cartoons we came across some adult views. Other than that our stay was absolutely wonderful! Would stay there again.

The Property is in the most beautiful location just outside the city, but not to far. You can see the mountains and there is a little kids playground right around the corner. The breakfast had a huge variety and the dinner at the restaurant was very good. Including the Saslong punch! Everything was clean, laundry room was great, espresso available any time.
