Nothing to dislike!

Great hotel in a central location. Sirmione seems the place to visit and is busy during the day. Evenings are less so and the quality in all the restaurant's was excellent including the hotel. One of the plus's was to have breakfast outside over looking the lake.

the hotel really needs either a Laundry on the premises or an external agency offering laundry facility; it is a must for long stay clients who have no where to go for this 2. A modern hotel always offers tea coffee making facility in room 3. The food menu needs refreshing surrounded as it is by so many restaurants in the town: choice was limited especially for vegetarians

The bed was old and not so comfortable and The thermal spa area undersized and understaffed..a bit shabby feel but however very convenient and beautiful location

I probably wouldn’t stay in historic Sirmione again. It was extremely crowded. Not the hotel’s fault though.

Located very centrally in historic Sirmione, very close to the ferry. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good with a very large selection. Accessed the spa a few times which had a pool, steam room, sauna etc.

BATHROOM TRAY SHOULD BE MADE SAFER-DANGEROUSLY SLIPPY. A REAL SHORTAGE OF ELECTRIC SOCKETS FOR CHARGING/USING PHONES, COMPUTERS ETC. NO FREE WATER PROVIDED. LIMITED MENU IN RESTAURANT - NO PROPER SALADS.

Bathroom dated we were in a disabled bathroom which we didn’t like Smell on entrance to hotel not appealing Stain on carpet in corridor needs cleaning staff walked past and ignored looked like dog had been sick so just needed carpet cleaning

Maybe a bedroom window curtain made the room even darker as the day light came in very early in spring, before 7am.

I would have liked a coffee machine in the room

Location, facilities, and restaurant/bar were all perfect. Situated right next to the Castle and taxi drop off point we could not have asked for a better spot. The bar and restaurant gave a gorgeous view of the lake and boats coming in and out with tour groups. The spa and swimming pool were fee to use and the treatments were 1st class. We will be back 100%

Only bad thing was at night there was issue with gnats outside the room, we couldn’t sit out on the balcony or open any windows. Not really the fault of the hotel. One night I opened the window and a whole bunch of gnats flew in.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. Spa facilities good. The breakfast was delicious, The restaurant is fancy and has a beautiful view. Location very convenient. We had a 3am departure when we checked out and they had arranged our airport transfer plus also a generous breakfast box. Liked the bathrobe and slippers in room.

We arrived around 10pm due to traffic and had to leave at 7am to catch our flight so we had to walk to the parking with our suitcases both ways, since the shuttles were not operating. Not ideal but wasn’t the worst

The hotel was clean and the location was perfectly located. The parking was close enough to the hotel to walk. The breakfast was incredible!

The room needed a refresh, they must have run out of hand soap as I had a bottle of shampoo stuck to the wall next to the sink, no complimentary water - very cheap in the mini bar but I think one bottle is the least a 4 star hotel could provide, no tea & coffee making facilities in the room which again should be standard in a 4 star hotel. Only one pillow. On our first day we went to sit by the lake on the hotel's front boardwalk area and there was a large group of guests having lunch and playing their own music - Marilyn Manson was not what my 74 year old mother and I wanted to listen to in such a beautiful and peaceful location, the staff all seemed happy for this to continue for at least a couple of hours which was a shame.

The location is amazing, check in and check out very easy. Great breakfast and lovely thermal spa facilities.

You have to be ready for a smell of spa everywhere in the building with a pool

Historical place with a charm, amazingly beatiful lake views, feel like livng in museum, comfy spacious room, good breakfast after which you can grab a coffee in tge bar and chill overlooking lake waters. Comfy booking and access to the spa, warm pool outside makes experience unforgettable.

The food at restaurant was average - ordered grill fish on menu received steamed fish - ordered fried octopus and shrimp - octopus was inedible and shrimp bedded peeling - very poor
