We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SlovakiaQuite expensive compared to other italian summer resorts. We did not like the system with sunbeds on the sea shore-despite half of them were empty all day long but we could not pay and use them and were forced to either take sunbeds in the last row no.19 or go to public beach...
Very nice and helpful ladies at the reception. Appartment was perfect, equipped kitchen ( pans need replacement, we were using our own)

Location is super good. It has an amazing parking which is super hard to find around this area. And it is in front of one of the best breakfast places in the area.

The location of hotel Sirio is excellent. We were in a room with balcony and the view is great. The availability of the parking was important for us. Very good breakfast. The welcome and complete service was also amazing.

AustriaI have to complain about two things: parking space and bed. - narrow parking spaces, of course someone chipped our car - the bed was horrible, two cheep mattress pushed together for double bed. in my opinion the price was a bit high for the quality of the stay. I highly recommend to hotel an investment into furniture and mattress + wider parking spaces
