Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All elements of our stay were exceptional - from the initial contact upon booking to ensure we had all we needed in regards to transport, tickets, special requests, etc. - to the fastidiously clean, chic, well-appointed and maintained facilities (excellent WiFi, bed, toiletries and water pressure). The breakfast was outstanding in its lovely rooftop setting - all was super fresh and high quality, abundant in its choices, deliciously prepared and beautifully presented. Throughout our stay the Singer Palace team was professional, knowledgeable and helpful - including assisting in PCR test reservations and the printing of the necessary travel documents. The location was fantastic - central and easy walking access to all major attractions around the city. We definitely plan on returning!

United KingdomDifficult to find anything but perhaps dinner menu changed a little more frequently?
The location was perfect for central Rome and particularly the sites we wanted to explore. Lots of choice for breakfast, well presented and the rooftop restaurant was a great place to eat in the morning and evening. At dinner, the staff were happy to arrange choices not on the menu e.g. fruit and cheese courses. Every member of staff we encountered was very helpful. Although we did not catch all the names, Enrico and his team on the main desk (Jessica, Cecilia, Frederica, Vincenzo) and the restaurant staff (Ali, Andrea and Liliana) were all extremely considerate and clearly wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

This boutique hotel is centrally located very close to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Just stunning in design and the staff by far went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and really cared about making our stay amazing. We both say we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

FranceEverything ! The hotel is very well located, super clean and gorgeous. The staff is so nice, most of all with our baby girl. Everything I ask for was in our room (baby bed, yoga mat…) they even had tiny sleepers for our daughter. Frederica made our stay perfect. The restaurant is really nice, the breakfast is very good and the terrasse is lovely. They made us feel so welcome and at home. Couldn’t be better 🤗 The lovely girl with blue eyes and Romina at the restaurant were so kind with us. Just perfect, good advices for the visits … already planning to come back there.

United StatesCheck in took over an hour. Made us sit and have a drink while they fixed up our room. It took forever. Way too much fussing over the type of room, we needed 2 double beds or 2 singles they could not accommodate. We also didn't have time to eat breakfast as we were going to the airport, and they would not remove the breakfast cost. Very frustrated.
This hotel is in a great location. Rooms are nicely decorated with a modern touch.
