Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The staff greets you at the door and is extremely helpful in helping you book things and offering recommendations. Our view was of Piazza della Signoria so the location was excellent. Yes, you can hear sounds from the Piazza but it did not keep us up at night. Very spacious room.

The apartment is very nice and clean. The location is great to get everywhere. Downstairs is a cafe with very good coffee, pancakes, and panini. The person from reception was very friendly and helpful.

RomaniaThe entrance to the building, while beautiful, was very unpractical for me when carrying luggage and I barely managed to squeeze through. The elevator starts on the first floor, not the ground floor.
The location could not be any better for Florence! The entrance for the property had strong Harry Potter vibes, entering through a small opening between shops and restaurants. The property throughout smelled luxurious and so did the provided toiletteries. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the AC was the kind that does not blow cold air on you.

Loved everything about it, its newer, comfortable and the location could not be better. Even the limited traffic zone is not a problem if you get the parking services from the nearby parking places, they will retroactively give you a temporary permit. Plaza with breakfast, lunch, dinner and desert restaurants is right outside your door and shopping is right there too.

The accomodation is perfectly located for summer holiday in city - its location allowed us to come back and chill a little in AC'd room whenever we needed to. Eventhough it is on the main square, the room was completely quiet. Everything was clean, nice, personal helfpul and they also let us to leave the luggage there after checkout. The amount of towels was also very convinient and their size too. The accomodation provided us with nicely scented miniatures of shower gel / shampoo.
