We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

He had so many good local tips and information about the surrounding areas while also being so accommodating! It felt good knowing we could message Duccio if we needed any advice throughout the day! GuatemalaWe were unsure of how to sort out the garbage, so I would suggest to have each bin clearly marked. As a tourist, you don't know how it is done in Italy.
Duccio's service is second to none. He was always attentive to everything we needed, gave us good suggestions and he helps in every way. His availability and follow up set him apart from the rest. The common area has a coffee machine; great to have a quick cup to wake you up in the morning before going out for breakfast. The place is near to everything and easy to get to. Great room to come to crash in after a long day of walking, hiking and sunbathing.

United StatesDuccio was an amazing host. He greeted my husband and I with Prosecco, as we were on our honeymoon. He took the time to explain how to navigate the city and provided us with a map. The apartment is super close to the train station, so it was easy to make a couple of day trips to Cinque Terre. Duccio also sent us very thorough and thoughtful restaurant recommendations.

The location of the flat is really central and only a few min walk to the train station so perfect for those who want to explore Cinque Terre. Duccio is a lovely host, he met us and explained the area, recommend places to eat and even gave us complimentary vouchers for breakfast at the nearby cafe. There is even a coffee machine and tea in the kitchen.

The location of the apartment is ideal, only about a 6 mins walk from the train station. Nice quiet location but in a short walking distance, just past the station from the centre where there are lots of restaurants. Ideal location to explore the Cinque Terre.

Excellent location, everything is very close here, train station, market, restaurants, coast... The extremely friendly and helpful owner Duccio will introduce you to the location of the accommodation, the rules for using the accommodation and the equipment. The premises are clean and tidy, the equipment is very functional. The very friendly Duccio shows you the shortest way to the train station (approx. 5 minutes walk), excellent restaurants nearby with excellent food, service and very reasonable prices, and recommends what is worth seeing and what to leave for another time. When you're leaving here, you just can't help but say that you'll be back. An excellent starting point for day trips to the Cinque Terre.
