We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomfootball team in the main restaurant, so we were seated in the overflow room, feeling slightly isolated. My main dish had to go back to the kitchen, and they didn’t take my husband’s meal too, so that got cold whilst mine was re prepared. No room for breakfast as the football team took over the whole place- but the staff were excellent, we sat in the lounge, and they didn’t charge us for breakfast

LuxembourgDue to heavy traffic, we only checked in at the hotel very late, at 21:20 exactly. The lady at the hotel reception told us that the restaurant would still be open. Dropped our bags and rushed to the restaurant and arrived there at 21:40. Nobody really paid attention to us , so we decided after few minutes to sit down at a table and wait till somebody would serve us. At 21:50, the waitress came to us asking if we would like to drink something as the kitchen is closed as of 21:45/ 5 minutes ago ;-( ;-( ;-( Very disappointed about the customers approach. Room for improvement ;-)

SwitzerlandThe baby cot was old and so the baby cot mattress is thin and hard. We mentioned it and the charge for the baby cot was taken out so all good. But maybe it is wise to get new ones.
It exceeds every expectation for the price we paid. The ground, the building, the room, the facility, the breakfast were all exceptional. We just stayed a day to break our long journey and found this gem. Really love our stay and would have loved to stay longer.

Italybathrooms on the 2nd floor have roof windows with NO CURTAINS… so expect to find an unbearably over-lit and overheated bathroom in the hot season, with no escape! Not exactly what one looks forward to after travelling on a scorching hot day. I had to ask them to change room and ended up in a smaller one. Not acceptable, sorry. Fit some sliding curtains onto those roof windows!

This is a well located hotel near the Autostrada just south of Milan. Perfect for a quick overnight stop for long journeys. The hotel room was big, had air conditioning, and tastefully decorated. Shower had amazing water pressure! The big courtyard is also more picturesque than you’d expect at a place like this. Breakfast was reasonable (eggs, bacon, pastries, cakes). On site restaurant is also good for a quick refuel. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value stay.
