The lift need to be repaired The carpet need to be removed and so something else .. The rooms entertainment need to be update by offering new films in English and news in Arabic... If you do it you will be the best around..

Unfortunately we left personal items in both rooms, one item in particular I really needed. I acknowledge this was our mistake and we should not have been so remiss. However we were told that all items left in rooms are as protocol brought down to reception by the housekeeping staff. Over the course of the following 10 days I rang back a couple of times and even visited the hotel during our stay in Italy however nothing of ours was handed in. So I was disappointed about that - surely all items that the housekeeping staff find in rooms should automatically be handed into reception? I'm trying not to blame anyone but surely they don't just put useful stuff (including electronics and new toiletries) in the bin? Other than that - a great stay.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the Corso do Buenos Aires and lots of great shops and restaurants as well as transport links around this wonderful city. We booked two double rooms. Both were very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were great, with two types of pillow to suit your individual preference. The shower and bathroom facilities were good. There is a fridge in the room and we were grateful for the ice-cold bottles of water!

In need of a refurb. Carpets on the landing stairs were pretty threadbare/dirty. But rooms clean. Shower rooms small.

Clean. Very comfortable beds. Good aircon - it was effective and quiet. Inexpensive. The staff were really helpful and incredibly friendly - the advice they gave us was spot on.

Excellent location. Rooms were bigger that usual Ibis hotels. It need a little maintenance but in the overall we had an excellent stay.

the staff were so rude, eye rolling and not wanting to help, we asked the guy at the reception via room phone to call us a taxi and he said i will call in 5minutes when you are actually downstairs in reception, this caused us to be late for our event. the cleaners kept separating our beds even though we kept moving them together so we could sleep together creating one big bed. they gave us to glass bottles to refill using their water fountain but kept only putting my bottle in the fridge and refilling it but not my girl friends, for no reason every single day (this felt like an attack after separating our beds constantly)

the location was in the higher end of Milan, far from the tourism more in the business district. We had a room with an outdoor balcony.terrace that was pretty big and unexpected, they had free water service where they used refillable glass bottles and were able to refill anytime. the room was small and compact but exactly what we were after as we only used the room to sleep and then adventure during the day.

The room was small and dark, as was the bathroom, but we weren’t spending much time in the hotel. The walls were super thin, we could hear someone snoring from the room next door when we were in bed.

Staff on reception both days we stayed were friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was nice enough.

At the fith floor you do not hear so much the noise from the buisy street.
