We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe only thing against this hotel, the second time I started the walls appeared thin as loud TV noise came in from the adjacent room. But after a long day travelling I still managed to fall asleep, but conscious others may have difficulties. But overall, a great place to stay for proximity
This is a great family run hotel. Stayed here the night I flew into Malpensa and the night before. Very flexible on check in and check out times. The free airport shuttle was perfect and the driver was great. Breakfast was a good solid breakfast which would suit most people unless you’re after a big cooked breakfast. But when in a Italy do as the Italians do. I also highly recommend the pizzeria downstairs. The pizzas were huge and incredibly tasty as was the German tap beer. There’s a suburban train station about 7 minutes walk away which makes getting into Milan and beyond easy. Word of warning, early in the day the station is not manned and there is no ticket machine.

CanadaI had an issue turning the light on in the bathroom! It wasn't as easy as pressing the buttom. I think there was a connection to the hair dryer switch, but I'm not entirely sure.

Love the staff, the facilities are very Clean and they have a Restaurant on site with excellent food and prices good value for your money I also love that they are in a small town walkable with shops and restaurants nearby as well as the train station to hop into Milano at anytime. We have stayed here several times already but it's the great service along with an Airport shuttle that keeps bringing us back.
