We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomIt would be good to have a few more staff for massages etc - we tried to book two on a weekend day and it wasn't possible as there was only one masseuse who was booked up.
The room was a great size, the bed was very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet with a good amount of light. I mentioned that it was my partner's birthday during our stay and the hotel gave us a hotel of Champagne which was such a lovely surprise and gesture! :) great drinks at the bar too.

GermanyWhat was definitely disappointing for us was the fitness room of the hotel which was advertised as fully equipped but actually was in a cramped room in the basement with very basic equipment. And as for a 4 star hotel of this price class it was not adequate. As a direct comparison we stayed in a 3 star hotel in Torino just before we arrived in Ancona and there the gym was three times the size and much better equipped.
The room we were staying in was very elegant and well equipped and the staff was always very kind and friendly. Everything was kept always very clean and the possibility to have breakfast on the terrace overseeing the port of Ancona was very nice experience. There was always personnel of the hotel on the reception no matter which hour and the guys arranging the parking situation around the hotel were doing a great job. The breakfast buffet was served in a very representative way and the was a huge choice of sweets and small desserts and if you wish a healthy and less sweet breakfast there we seeds, nuts and good selection of cheese.

Lovely bar/terrace overlooking the port and a very good rooftop restaurant with great views. A short walk to the city centre and super convenient for the ferry (3 mins. drive).

Wow what a great place to stay in beautiful Ancona. The rooms were fantastic, we had a great sea view. The breakfast was the best we had on our whole holiday. Easy walk to town and closed to the ferry terminals. The staff were polite and helpful.
