Great family hotel, where the presence of the owner makes everything running promptly and smoothly. The panorama is excellent, the food in a stile of fine dining, the wellness great, the gym is also well equipped. The staff is professional and kind.

Our stay was honestly perfection! We loved our room with a sauna and hot tub, the food was inventive and delicious, the pools were amazing and the staff was exceptional. We especially appreciated how thoughtfully kids were easily incorporated with a separate kids menu, kids robes, and kids pool/splash pad. The true star of this hotel though is the amazing staff. It was hospitality at its finest and they delivered a luxury experience without being stuffy and their interactions with my five year old made the entire experience that much better. We’ve stayed at a lot of amazing places but this one tops the list and we look forward to coming back!

Dinner service was a bit patchy and staff a bit stiff for my taste

Beautiful property, rooms were really well-designed and thought through, loved the sauna with a view, amazing views from room and restaurant terrace, great service. Reminded me very much of Asian 5 start resorts

We stayed 4 nights and the 5 star dinners became a bit much. The food was delicious but sometimes you want something more casual and there was no option for meals in the bar after 5pm, or perhaps a la carte with salad bar instead of the 5-star menu (as an option!). We ended up going to Bressanone on our last night for a more authentic/casual menu, so had to forego the dinner that was included in our room rate.

Leaving. (One small thing, you need to request an iron and ironing board to be brought to your room, in case you arrive just before dinner and need to iron your clothes.)

We stayed at Santre for three nights at the end of July and thought it was incredible. - Activities everyday. Though very limited offering (almost nothing) on Sunday. We did yoga and a hike. - Amazing food, including 5 course dinner menu that changes everyday (including the vegan menu). Complimentary ice cream by the pool in the afternoon. I’d stay here just for the food! - Very nice and accommodating staff (can’t understand other reviews that said the staff weren’t good) - Views were incredible!! From your room, to breakfast and dinner and by the pool / sauna ⛰️🏔️⛰️ - During the day, it was a relief to be able to relax in the room with the aircon if you didn’t want to be outside chilling by the pool. - Inclusive Visit South Tyrol card with your stay (free access to the cable cars, museums etc) - (Paid) Massage was nice - Onsite, underground parking.

The Hotel is organized in such way that it has an astonishing view to the mountains from everywhere - rooms, terrace, restaurant, pools etc. Delicious food, excellent SPA area, large parking (with ability to charge EVs).

Absolutely everything, you can see straight away the place was made with soul and lots of care for guests. The amenities are top notch, the views from the hotel are stunning, the dining experience is unparalleled, the staff is incredibly lovely.

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Stayed there 4 days and want to come back ASAP. Evenings are top with the perfect food from the chief, nice wine selection and the most important part - staff, who really like to do what they do. Breakfast is super, big selection of fresh food. Location is nice, nearby all sights of Dolomites and not far from cities, view from the hill is top top top! Thanks for perfect time here.
