Location was very good.Bergamo is such a beautiful town.In the apartement was everything you need.Could not ask more,hope to come back someday

The shower space is kind of limited.

Very nice place to stay for a couple of days. The room is spacious and air-conditioned.Important for hot summer days like now.There is a coffee machine in the room. And my 3 years old baby stayed for free.

There was a stain on the wall above the bed that could do with a paint. Nothing major. Was a nice modern place to visit bergamo

Furniture a bit dated and the shower battery had some tape on it, not sure if the purpose was to protect it or keep from falling apart.

A room might be too dark for some (it wasn't a problem for us). "Kitchen" allows only for the preparation of tea and basic breakfast - you certainly won't be able to cook a dinner there.

Good apartment in a calm neighbourhood not very far form the historic Bergamo center (25 min walk) and from the Porta Nuova bus station. Big and comfortable bathroom and nice bed with soft (maybe even too soft :)) materace. Helpful host, possibility to leave Your luggage before or after the stay in the restaurant on the base floor (after contacting the staff).

Great location and good value for the money. I do, however, want to highlight how amazing our host was. The check-in details were extremely well explained, very helpful, but i want to especially mention how amazing our host was when it came to problem solving. After an issue that had nothing to do with the property, our host was extremely helpful and efficient. Unexpected things happened, but the way this was handled was 10/10. I will recommend this accompanying to everyone. Also having Romanian speaking staff was a huge plus for us and found it very helpful.

The shower drain did not work properly.

The room is conveniently located a 15 minute walk away from the station. It was clean and comfortable. The check-in was fast.

At first difficult to find but easier if you apply the restaurant in your phone map.

Hostess was very helpful. We forgot our charger n she immediately brought us one. She was always at hand to help us.

Perfect location - close to the station and 20 minutes to Citta Alta (the historical part of Bergamo). We really appreciated the ability to leave our bags with the staff after check-out. Good communication.

The street was noisy at night.

Amazing owners, went out and beyond to meet our needs and requests. The room is big with everything one would need. The bed is comfortable. The location is perfect to explore the city on foot.

A very nice place. Rooms are spatial and equipped with everything needed. Staff was very helpful. A central historical street starts just 5 minutes from the B&B.

There was too much dust on the towel warmer. Shower was a bit broken and water temperatures kept changing but wasn't that much of a problem as we just stayed one night.

Everything was amazing. Room cozy with complementary coffee and tea. Good location, not at the center but very near and walkable distance. Room was big and spacious with an empty mini bar if we needed to store something. Very well equipped.

We only didn't like that the shower nozle didn't move and the heating units didn't work fully. These should be fixed

The location of the hotel, how clean it was, the housekeeping and the quiteness the area had. Very good service and experience!
