The treatment that has been offered by Marina is just GREAT! She shows a great commitment to make my holidays the best possible. She got in touch with me before my arrivals providing all the details that I needed, gave all suggestions to go and to eat nearby and in Rome as a whole and was very helpful in all eventual needs that I had.

The comfort because the mattress didn’t fit where it was, so it got inclined. it wasn’t even We couldn’t see the owner, but it was ok.

The check in process is unnecessarily complicated and it wasted lots of our time and roaming credits for texting back and forth. We agreed to leave the luggage in the morning, waited for twenty minutes in the pouring rain, no one showed up. In the afternoon for the check in, we agreed to announce our arrival an hour in advance, still no one showed up, spent another half hour waiting until we got a call with instructions on how to get inside the apartment.

The room was nice and spacious, big bathroom, everything very clean. Location also great, walking distance from everything.

The breakfast is a voucher you can use at a local cafe. The only items included is one drink (coffee, cuppachino or orange juice) and a croissant. Disappointing. Also the shower pressure wasn't great.

San vito Suites are very conveniently located . 2-3min walk from metro station and 10minutes walk to Colloseum. The host was helpful amd explained how yo get around Rome. The rooms though need some renovation.

Marina was very kind all the time with us and our needs, she made easier the check in and Check out letting us to leave our luggage there. She took care of our trip with many suggestions, maps, and explanations about where to go. Staying at S. Vito was very nice and fair with the price, because has very good location and you can go by walking everywhere. And I definitely recommend ti resérvate with the breakfast included, cause very good one and you can forget about where to go. I was very happy with Marina hosting us. Thanks!

I think there were only 3 power plugs and they are placed very low, and cattle has really short cable. Not really a problem for us, we spent entire time outside or on the balcony, only needing them to charge our phones and brew a morning coffee. Bed has kinda weak construction which creaks but it was very comfortable, we slept like a babies.

We booked double room with balcony and there was a giant wardrobe and plenty of storage space, large bathroom, AC, hair dryer, cattle, small fridge.. Marina is a great host, she provided some useful info and was very helpful. Also we could leave our luggage before check in since we arrived earlier and checked in as soon as cleaning service was done. There was no iron at first but she provided one within a few hours when we asked. Entire place is very clean and smells nice, cleaning service comes every two days. Short walk to Colosseum, Monti and Termini station. Taxi to Ciampino ~30e using FreeNow

Marina was horrible to deal with. The apartment is in a rundown building - from the outside , Passage and lifts looks horrible. We were told that if we wanted the room to be tidy , we should have booked a hotel this is a Bed & Breakfast without actual breakfast. Was also told Roman people are not hospitable , so if you book - don’t expect Marina to be hospitable towards you. The host couldn’t even direct us from across the street. I was dissatisfied and disappointed by this advert.

The rooms were clean and Morden.. but one can find a better stay in Rome for what we paid for . Also note that there is NO CLEANING if you stay 2 nights.
