Stairs to the apartment 😅

Very cozy and clean apartment, nicely decorated! Wonderful location next to San Marco square and many shops and restaurants are just around the corner. I would definitely choose San Marco Suite for our next stay.

Bathroom was typical Italian very small.

It is centrally located dry close to San Marco. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Makeup table for the ladies with good lighting.

The only thing that I would change is the Tv settings . We wanted to watch Netflix and we couldn’t . The screen mirroring wasn’t working on our devices ( Iphone14 pro) and that was a disappointment . Maybe you can upgrade your tvs or put a smart box that works ❤️

It’s an amazing apartment , honestly . So close to piazza san marco and central Venice , super clean and cozy and the staff more than helpful honestly !

There is no elevator (for good reason) but dragging big suitcases up 10 flights of stairs wasn’t particularly fun.

There are only steps and no lifts available to the 4th floor… it’s a building built in the 16th century without a lift… walking 60kgs of luggage up 4 flights of stairs in 40 degree heat was unpleasant but there is nothing the hotel can do! Perhaps introducing a porter to cart luggage up/down to the room would be a quick win! Love love loved this hotel otherwise!

The hotel is located in a fantastic and convenient spot only a 2 min walk to the famous square and Rialto Bridge! The room is huge and has a lot of space! The bedroom itself is what you would typically experience to be an “Executive style” suite and just gorgeous! The bed is comfortable and the design of the room is above expectation. The kitchen and living also gorgeous… the location… perfection!

It was a bit complex for us locating the apartment in the labyrinth that are the streets of Venice but as soon as we figured that all we needed to do was take a water taxi to nearby hotel with a pier, We realized it didn’t have to be as complex as google map made it. The entry way to get in was quite narrow and the long flight of steps was not easy for us to carry luggage up so we ended leaving our big cases in the reception and just carrying our little trolleys upstairs. But the minute we got up the apartment was totally worth the climb up.

It was very beautiful and very clean. A lot of attention was paid to every detail to make our stay enjoyable. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The location was very central and right in the middle of the Duomo area with lots of lovely restaurants, Cafes and shops around.

The staff was truly receptive. Unfortunately, the locker got blocked and we couldn’t open it due to a technical issue. However, the staff was very receptive, being given a midnight emergency case we were able to solve this problem quick, by phone, without any further complications.
