We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomStaff not very helpful with parking - we ended up parking by mistake in a restricted zone and our car was towed. It would have been helpful if they helped us with finding the parking. Bathroom only had soap - no shampoo or conditioner. No iron or ironing board.
Great restaurant on site. Lovely location with nice stores, restaurants and a lovely cafe nearby. Great views onto the mountain. Comfortable room.

SwitzerlandThe WiFi didn't have a stable connection in room 301 and therefore it was impossible to use it - we switched to hotspot. Some of the plates for cereals at breakfast appeared not really clean. The crostata was not fresh anymore. It's convenience food anyways, not home made, but didn't taste anymore as it should. The wall-mounted fan is of the weakest type, making it a very comfortable exercise to dry your hair. These are all minor points that stand between this rating and a very good one - easy to fix without much investment. We would still come back for the convenience of the place.
The room was clean and the location is obviously great, being next to the train station (but silent) and being 50 meters from city center. The reception was very welcoming and we felt personally appreciated.

Hotel new and in the very center of Chiavenna. Modern and clean with a view of the mountains. Personell kind and room very nice. Possibility to park inside the structure.
