It was good value. The breakfast was basic, as were the rooms. However, for a place to sleep, it was fine. The airport bus stops right outside the hotel - very convenient.

Shower took too long to get hot. Overall hotel was a bit dirty and needs some good cleaning.

Staff was great, very helpful and always smiling. Easy access from/to Airport and also to Venice. Room was alright I guess, but shower took like 10 minutes before water got hot and it didnt have enough waterpressure. Breakfast was okay - sandwich materials, eggs supsweet juices, coffee and tea.

Hotel is nice, clean and well placed. Tram station is just behind the building and tram takes you straight to the center of Venice. Breakfast is standard. Staff is friendly and polite. For this price is very good!

While the room was comfortable, the overall experience had a few drawbacks. The staff could have been friendlier, and the location wasn’t as quiet as I had hoped. Additionally, some services fell short of expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was perfect—extremely comfortable and well-appointed, making my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Professional and helpful stuff working / is located very near to the bus and trum stations. Was twice there and sure I will back. There is safe parking place but only depends about availabilities.(this is why is not mentioning officially that the hotel has Parking)

Small room. Not value for money paid. No bidet in the bathroom. The room need of a refurbishment.

We had booked a double bed room - but the one we got had two beds joined together. We did not request for any alternate room - cuz we were fine with it. Maybe something for the hotel reception - Please check the request from the guests whether they want double bed or twin bed rooms 😉 But it was not a problem for me..and no reason to avoid the place.

Absolutely worth the money (if you're on a budget trip ~90/100 EUR per night per couple). Location is perfect. Just across the bus stop to/from Venice. If you're returning from Venice at night, you'd take the tram T1 from Venice - and from the stop you'd walk only 5 mins. And it's nice as well as safe. The neighborhood seemed really safe and the alley was probably residential. Rooms were decently sized (if you're under 6ft., and not "Large" bodied. Even if you are - you'll do fine. It's not that small) Bathroom is quite big I'd say, but with unutilized space. But well, who are we to say - the architect probably planned it that way. Or maybe there's some logic behind it(?) Wardrobe is huge. You have a TV, clean towels, clean bed, shower cap, soap, shower gel. You have a closeted shower cabin inside the bathroom (which is not so big, but you can manage to shower - but the size is as per norms. It's normal as per all other hotels). Staff is really accommodating. We didn't interact much, but they seemed very friendly. We checked in (quite) early - for which we had already requested. Luckily, the room was ready by the time we arrived.

Location was a bit remote, but there was a good bus and tram service. Bus stop opposite hotel and tram stop 10 minutes walk. Fridge would have been a big bonus

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were very welcoming and very helpful. The house keeping staff looked after our room and kept it clean and all bedding and towel exchanged as and when required. You can also buy bus/tram ticket 6 euros for 2 people for return ticket to VENICE.

I could hear all the sounds from the room next door in the middle of the night.

The room was small but very clean and comfy. Perfect for my needs! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent!

It's a bit noisy with slamming doors and inconsiderate guests in the morning, but not entirely the fault of the hotel!

For this type of simple hotel, it was a pleasant surprise to have comfort, cleanliness and everything easy. Very well located with busses and trams to Venice right on the doorstep. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and abundant, more so than your typical Italian hotel breakfast
