Room was soooo small. Kitchen is a desk with a kettle and fridge. Cups were stained and not clean.

Location: Excellent. In the very heart of Roma. Close to every place of interest. Room: Was excellent for me as a slo traveler. Bathroom: A little under average. I fou d the shower extremely small, but clean.

This property is very close to the colosseum and plenty of restaurants. It is comfortable but it is just a room. The shower is very small but this is typical of italy

Nobody was there when we got there (we arrived in the allocated time slot), and when he did arrive he didn't acknowledge that he'd kept us waiting. He wasn't rude but also wasn't friendly. The bathroom is also very small, you have to sit on the loo diagonally to fit 😂

Phenomenal location, could not be better. A short walk away from the colosseum and Trevi Fountain.

We had some difficulty on arrival (mid afternoon) - there were 2 San Daniele bells on the street door but neither were answered and the phone number on our paperwork didn't work. Another business let us into the building and fortunately there was a lady cleaning in San Daniele who rang for reception. After that everything was fine.

Great location, nice airy room, very convenient for the Colosseum, the Forum and Monte district.

Bathroom was tiny and very dated, and bathroom door difficult to manoeuvre.

Great location, minutes walk away from the roman forum and colloseum. Loved having a great aircon in the room, and comfortable beds. I think we were lucky being away from the road side as it was very quiet and comfortable. Luca was a great help too with check in and any other queries!

The host was pleasant and friendly, the only thing that we didn’t like was that we couldn’t check-in properly at specified time. Would recommend host to check it out.

The location is perfect to visit all the main attractions without using public transport. Room was clean. The owner let us leave our luggage after check-out.

No wifi for 2 days. I called 3 times the owner kept assuring me that there was some disturbance in the street regarding the Vodaphone wifi connection. I had an important meeting jeopardized because of this.

It is super noisy. Everything is heard from outside. The room was presented bigger in the pictures.The bathroom is small. In the shower, I could not almost enter, and I am 95kg and 1.83 height.

it is not a hotel, it is an apartment used as a hostel. The check-in could be complicated because the staff is only available at certain hours... I mean no 24/7 staff support

Thin walls so if other people were noisy we could hear them but couldn’t hear outside noise. WiFi didn’t really reach our room. No kettle in room.

Fantastic location, good price, staff were very helpful with allowing us to drop off our bags when we arrived and also kept our bags for us on our last day. Room was very clean.

It was close to every historic attraction in Rome, especially the colosseum. We didn't use public transport during our whole trip. Perfect location.

We would appreciate at least one shelf in the bathroom for placing toothbrushes etc. The walls between rooms are rather thin so you can hear other guests. We also had feelings, that the walls were little bit smudged on some spots. Last but not least, the internet was rather unstable, maybe the bandwidth of router isn't broad enough for all guests.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. He let us store our luggage in the apartment even after our checked out. The location is really great. You have everything so close.
