The room was very small. No place to put clothes or luggage. Next I'd ask for a bigger room.

couldn’t check-in until 4pm which is exceptionally late, especially when you have been travelling and would like to freshen-up before heading out to see attractions, shower was very small, no milk for tea/coffee in room, no restaurant on site for nibbles, lunch or an evening meal, view from our room was awful

Room: I don't know if this was just our room, but it was filled with mosquitos. Which we didn't even leave the window open. Like we were bitten every single night.

Staff: Super friendly, everyone was really nice. Location: I loved that it wasn't on the main strip, it was nicely tucked away which meant it was quiet.

Very tight space. The room is almost too small for a queen bed.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to ferry service and popular venues. We enjoyed a spectacular string ensemble at a beautiful church which was the highlight of our visit in Venice. The room was quite small, although it does feature a queen bed.

When the ac was on, there was a strong oder in my room. I opened the window the next day and oder dissipate, but when switching back to AC, the smell returned.

It’s a small cozy hotel. Location is good and quiet. Staff were really nice. There was a warming rack in the bathroom which was really helpful to get towels or our clothes dry since it was raining during our stay.

We loved Adriana at the front desk! She was so helpful in finding a place to eat and giving directions on how to get around! The hotel was in a great location just 2 stops away on the water bus from St Mark’s square! Loved the neighborhood and it’s plazas and shops

Beautiful hotel with good amenities. Ideally located across from Saint Marks Square, one stop on waterbus 1 from Salute. They let us check in early due to the torrential downpour.

The room was a little small, although main issue with the room was our Italian plug adapters wouldn't work in the sockets by the bed and there wasn't USB ports so we had to charge our phones by the door.

The room was clean and neat. The location was great, a bit away from the Tourist hustle and bustle and right by the amazing Peggy Guggenheim museum. We walked to dinner every night without any issue. Staff were very welcoming.

The bed was ok, but not super comfortable. And we slept on the top floor with thin walls. Luckily the other guests were quiet, but you could hear them cough through the walls.

The AC/heating wasn’t working too well but they offered extra blankets and heating units

It was so well located and so beautiful. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. On the day of my arrival they called to speak through my bookings, answered all the questions I had, etcetera. Upon arrival, Any requests we had or problems we may have encountered were attended straight away. The full buffet breakfast was small but super good!! Definitely worth it. It was my mum’s birthday trip and I requested some extras for my mother, they made it super simple and easy to get sorted. On the check out day we requested to leave our bags there so we could do a last stroll around the city before leaving and they were so helpful and willing. Genuinely made our stay 10000000 better than it could have been.

Room: Unable to control climate, may have to do with the city regulating energy. We asked for extra blanket and all was good. Bathroom: Heated Towel Rack did not work. I generally choose not to have room serviced, so a damp towel each morning was a disappointment. Breakfast Room: Selections are what would you expect at a continental breakfast at Hampton Inn (included in your nightly stay) not what I would expect from a 4 star Hotel that charged over and above the nightly rate per person. Further if breakfast is open at 7 am, then all selections should be out and ready for the first guest at 7 am. We had early morning tours scheduled which meant we needed to eat prior to meeting our guides. Consistently each morning we arrived for 7 am the breakfast room was not fully prepared to receive guests, by 7:30 am all selections made to the breakfast room but by that point we needed to be on foot heading to meet our guides.

The location was excellent, close enough to San Polo and San Marco without being in the hustle and bustle of tourists. The Staff very friendly and helpful.
