The owner send us clear instructions and the code to the lock box. It was very easy and straightforward. The apartment was great, clean and beautifully decorated and as an added bonus, there were 2 bathrooms with 2 showers. The location is amazing, it's a 15 min walk to the train station. All the restaurants and shopping are right next to the property. There is a grocery store called Coop about a 3 min walk. There is a beach that is about a 7 min walk, but we wanted to go to a different beach that was more like 30 min away, but well worth the walk. The owner was fantastic to work with, he recommended the best places to eat and the absolute best place to get ice cream. In addition, the owner was really great and understanding, our train was at noon and he allowed us to check out 1 hour passed checkout time. The property is fantastic and so is the owner. Salerno is a beautiful place. It really made our vacation great.

No cleaning, i assume it’s because it’s apartment not a room in hotel. No day light at all! Just small balcony also without light. The artificial light wasn’t also enough for me

The unit was in an older building but that didn't detract from our stay.

The apartment is located in the Old Town what is great - close to shops, restaurants and train station (10 min walking). The host was super nice and friendly - we got recommendations where to eat, buy groceries and very detailed instructions how to get the key.

20 minute walk to train station and boat harbour. In the old town. Shower has good pressure and hot.

The apartment was claimed to have a balcony, overlooking the courtyard. The "balcony" was a small opening to the dark stairway off the courtyard and is used as cleaning supplies storage (photo attached). There are no other windows and the apartment has absolutely no daylight. It is necessary to have the light on at all times. It also has poor soundproofing and you can hear neighbors and their TV like they are in the same room. At first, I was planning to give communication with the host a perfect score...he responded quickly and was helpful. But as soon as we checked out, he kept messaging me, inappropriately asking to give his business the perfect score review even after I declined. A perfect score is given for perfect accommodations, not for asking to post a lie. Wonder how many of previous great reviews were given as a favor...

The location was perfect.The unit was mostly as shown in the pictures and has a bygone era character.The unit has 2 bathrooms.

All 4 us didn’t have good sleep, the sofa bed was a bit of nightmare to sleep on, whereas the other normal bed was alright.. Unluckily only one person took a shower because the hot water ran out, this could’ve been a one off issue though Also found some neighbour spying on us from our window and had to close the tent ..

Great position, flat real clean and cozy, with a nice kitchen and two bathrooms! Host also an amazing person, always available and ready to help us!
