Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyFirst of all , the location is amazing.It is in the middle of everything. We needed a place to stay overnight to be able to get iur flight next day and we also wanted to enjoy the city a bit especially effortlessly. So that was the right choice for us . The rooms are very well equipped, clean and you have everything you need . The staff is so kind and so nice that they can go beyond their duties. There is also street parking nearby , and dont be afraid of the noise from the street, because somehow the rooms are really quiet. especially when closing the shutters. We also had breakfast at the hotel and it was also extremely well selected despite the small range of food but exactly the right ones you need.

Amazing location right in the old town, very easy to get to from the train station. Check in was incredibly simple. The room was cute and had a very nice balcony. Shower is a little cramped if you're on the taller side, but the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast is substantial and delicious. Staff were very friendly and provided fantastic recommendations for food.

Great value for money. The BnB was able to accommodate our 2am checkin which was amazing. Rooms were very affordable given location and very nice and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Even allowed late check out for one of the rooms. We highly recommended if visiting Cagliari. We stayed with our family of 5. Good for short visit. 15min from airport and in centre of town.

During our stay in Cagliari Sa Domu Cheta was a great jumping off point. We had travelled through Sardenga for 2 weeks and they had the best breakfast spread available, hands down. With both sweet and savory options, there was something for everyone. The hosts were very friendly providing any information and help as needed. The location is one street away from a pedestrian area, very popular in the evenings for gathering and eating. Even so, there was no noise in our room from the street.

Isle of ManThere was a lovely big bathroom, however there were no towel rails or hooks so towels had to be dried on doors and TV. Also nowhere to put soap and shampoo in shower and no where to put cosmetics and toothbrush etc by sink, so kept them on the floor. Such a shame as it was a lovely bathroom, just not practical and would so easily be rectified
The room was airy and the bed very comfortable and location was excellent. We were in a room overlooking the Main Street, which was fun, but would strongly recommend ear plugs if you want to sleep as it was very lively at night(luckily we travel with them). It may be ok if the window was closed but as it was before the air conditioning was turned on( before May 1st) we had it open. There was a little balcony which was great to have a little sunbathe on in late afternoon lying on the floor. Very friendly and attentive staff and delicious breakfast.
