The hotel is very clean, elegant, spacious, the rooms are also spacious and clean. It is 200 meters away from the Unipol Forum where my concert was so the location was perfect for me. There is only one metroline to the center and it takes 40 minutes to get to the center but you can reach every major tourist site with this line. Evenings I could hear the basses from the concerts at the concert hall because my room was overlooking the forum but no major inconvenience.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night after going to see Inter Milan at the San Siro. The hotel was very spacious and comfortable and the staff were excellent

The room was very dusty. We found several beetles. The plugs weren't usable- The USB point by the bed charged very slowly there was only one so my friend and I had to share. There was another plug socket in the wall, this was hanging out with exposed wires so we didn't use it. The air conditioning didn't work, The hotel was boiling hot and we slept with the window wide open. The staff on reception were overwhelmed with guests, and it took a long time to check in. They were doing an excellent job under difficult circumstances, maybe the hotel needs to put more staff on reception to help when it is busy?

Great location for Assago Forum and the concert we saw. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of different foods. We noticed people were offered a coffee or tea but we used the machine, we didn't realise we could have one made! The room was large, spacious and comfortable. Ideal for a short stay.

It was difficult to get an Uber or freenow taxi to the Hotel late at night . So if you plan to stay very late, keep that in mind. However if you have a car, this won’t be an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Garden. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Assago Forum Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Form the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their friendliness and professionalism. The receptionist who handled our check-in and check out was exceptionally attentive and efficient, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast each morning, and the hotel facilities were implacably clean. The size of our room was just perfect, offering both comfort and space. Overall. Our experience amazing, and would highly recommend Royal Garden for anyone looking for a seamless and memorable stay in the city.

Everything was ok, there were just some really small things which requires some upgrade or maintenance. But despite of it I still recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The location is perfect, close to the highway and even not far from the center. The garden is beautiful, inside the room was also nice, but some parts need some upgrade, but it was perfect for the stay. The staff is helpful and nice. The breakfast was perfect!

Location is far from the city and it's the reason that it's cheaper, worth it. The Bathtub was not in a good situation and seemed old and dirty! We asked for changing the room with a cleaner bathtub but they said all of bathtubs have same problem! They offered cleaning it again but it didn't get better!

It was a beautiful hotel and it had cozy and clean rooms. Free parking.

The rooms were bit outdated - some refurbishment would considerably upgrade the experience - our shower unfortunately didn’t work properly - mattresses too soft and wobbly for our taste (but that’s personal taste)

Nostalgic “royal” feeling of a grand hotel- particularly the center hall where breakfast is being served. Dog friendly (particularly to golden retrievers 😉). Kind waiters at the restaurant/bar. Ample parking place. Good breakfast. Much appreciated powerful airco. Silent rooms.

Some parts of the hotel need renovation. Like hotel air conditioning service. Considering that the hotel is old, but in my opinion, it had no negative points.

The room space was very good for 3 people. Adequate toilet space. If you have a car, be sure to book this hotel because the rooms, breakfast, parking and hotel atmosphere are good. The hotel is old and not new.

If we had to find a fault, the shower over the bath was awkward to use, easily flooded the floor but was the only poor thing we noticed.

The dirty bathtub needs to be brushed and eliminate the black mold from the joints. Inadmissible since there are marks of bleach, it just needs to be rubbed

Bed size.

Good in everything except for the bed size. I booked two rooms with big bed and one person bed. The big bed (king bed) was 2x1.6 meters (one and a half persons) while other places 2x2 meters which is the real king bed. Overall, it is a good choice.
