You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe location is perfect as it's only a short walk to the centre, the cathedral and castle. Nearby are several restaurants and cafes to choose from especially Le Due Comari which was wonderful. The room was comfy and the bathroom clean albeit we only had a short night stop over on our way to Umbria but I would certainly return. The added bonus of a pre booked secure lock-up parking space was an important decision in choosing this property. We had a room with its own kitchen which would be ideal for anyone staying several days/a week but the main dining/kitchen facilities provided to make your own coffee/tea or even eat in were more than adequate.

They even gave us the same room, when we came back after two weeks of traveling, so it felt like home :) Quiet area, close to the town center with few cheap parking options around. Bed is comfortable and we slept really good. Highly recommended!

United KingdomWe would love to come back here. It is within easy walking distance of the whole of the old city. The receptionist was wonderful - extremely friendly and helpful and the owner also did his best for us. The private parking close to Boutique Rooms is a bonus. There was a lovely courtyard outside our rooms where we could sit, and in the reception there were lots of interesting books about Ferrara and the surrounding area.

United KingdomWe had a lovely time in this beautifully renovated old building and would definitely stay here again but some of the descriptions are a little ambiguous. Parking is private but not quite on site (100 metres away). There are coffee making facilities (no milk) but no coffee shop. Not all rooms have the patio garden view. The washing machine is in a locked area so needs to be arranged in advance.

United StatesEverything including tourist sights, restaurants, etc., was less than 15 min walk away. The receptionist and Leonardo were very friendly and welcoming and even though they didn’t have breakfast it was very well-appointed for self-catering. The garden was a lovely place to eat breakfast and sit in the afternoon and evening.
