We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesEverything including tourist sights, restaurants, etc., was less than 15 min walk away. The receptionist and Leonardo were very friendly and welcoming and even though they didn’t have breakfast it was very well-appointed for self-catering. The garden was a lovely place to eat breakfast and sit in the afternoon and evening.

A well-equipped room, a comfortable mattress. If we ever return to Ferrara, we will definitely stay here.

The accomodation is located in a quite neighbourhood in the historical centre of Ferrara. The ancient house was perfectly renovated in a stylish way. We could park our car on one of the two private parking lots close by. Very responsive and friendly staff.

Loved the location, so central and close to beautiful old streets. Nice garden and being able to make tea / coffee and sit in the garden in the morning was very relaxing. They recommended and booked for us a great pizza place and that was the best and biggest calzone we’ve ever had

United StatesParking difficult to find - if you actually drive to the location, you'll need to reverse back. Aside from coffee, there is no breakfast - some biscotti would have been nice. The room is comfortable but not luxurious, if that's what you have in mind.
Great location and convenient for all the sights. Our host was very kind but there is nobody there most of the time. It's very quiet and easy to sleep. There's a nice courtyard for sitting out.

AustriaThe only possible fault was the difficult parking, but for Europeans used to small streets, it wouldn’t be an issue.
Leonardo was so welcoming. The place was cozy, classy, and a very good value. There was a small lovely garden in the back that we wish we had had time for. If the off-season rates stay the same, we will definitely return to Leonardo’s Boutique Rooms 3.0.
