We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe location was fantastic, short walk to the Tevi Fountain and Spanish steps. The hotel was very clean with a solid breakfast buffet. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful with dinner and sightseeing recommendations. There is a roof top where you can go enjoy a sunset and the hotel also had a small gym which was a nice touch.

Exceptional Hotel with such friendly staff, great rooms and very clean throughout. Umberto and Grace were lovely and so helpful giving recommendations and information that helped alot especially as it was our first time in Rome. Breakfast was lovely with plenty choice of hot and cold options. The hotel was very also very cental making it within walking distance of several must see places. All the hop on hop off tour busses stop at the square at the bottom of the hill which made everything very accessible.

AustraliaThe cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved as we noticed there was black mould in the shower.
The hospitality and customer service from the staff were absolutely amazing - from the reception staff to the staff in the kitchen to the maintenance staff. A special mention to Annalisa and Umberto whose enthusiasm and genuine care made us feel very welcomed. They would both go out of the way to have genuine conversations with us throughout the day and assist us in whatever we needed. On the first night, there was no water in the whole hotel and Annalisa was very proactive in responding to and rectifying the situation. The location was within walking distance to main attractions such as Trevi fountain, and public transport. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. We didn't know but we found out quite quickly that the rooms get cleaned twice a day!

The hotel was in a great location and close to everything you need. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do more to help us. We had a small issue with the room which was immediately addressed without a fuss. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a perfect location for their stay in Rome and staff that actually care about customer service to their visitors.

ItalyI guess the breakfast, however comprehensive, could have been improved a little bit. There were some pastries that were OK but nothing special, I was expecting more. But it's a very small thing, our brief stay was awesome.
Staff was extremely polite, the room was super comfortable, with a nice big shower. The location is very close to Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna. Welcome drinks were great since we had had a terrible day!

The room was made up twice a day and the staff left us nice notes wishing us good night and a little treat. The bed was super comfortable. The little courtyards. Everything looked new and in perfect shape.
