All the staff were friendly, the rooms were cleaned everyday. Great selection at the breakfast, fruits, cold cuts, pastries, scrambled eggs, and so on. Had a very pleasant stay there, will be back for sure. Have been in Rimini multiple times, this is so far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The air conditioner in the room does not work very well, the breakfast is scanty - very bad. Bathroom small and non-functional.

The shower cubicle was a bit small, but did not cause my wife or I any problems. Water pressure and temperature was good. Bathroom was small but fine for one person at a time.

The staff at the hotel, including the owner (who even recognised us at a restaurant one day and gave us a wave), front desk staff and breakfast staff, were so welcoming and friendly. They are the biggest asset to the hotel and were always upbeat and eager to help. This is the advantage of staying at a small, independent hotel. The breakfast was good and included cereal, cold meats, boiled or scrambled eggs, fruit, rolls, croissants, juice, coffee, etc. As an alternative to the stairs there is an elevator if you need it. The foyer is spacious, air conditioned and has very comfortable seats. Our room was big enough for my wife and I to move around without getting in each others way and included a wardrobe and draws. The room had very good air conditioning.

very nice and friendly personal, they were always willing to help - it made our stay very pleasant very comfy and clean rooms, there was not any noise to hear from the streets, we could not afford anything better for the price!! :)🎀😻 it was near the beach and there were a lot of shops and restaurants near as well so we didn't have to go that far to eat breakfast had enough things to choose from so we always went out with full stomach🍩🧁🍰 overally it was a great stay here and i would definitely go back if i could:))🌸💐🌊

The rooms are very small, but this is not uncommon in Europe. They are not decorated in any way (such as art work, etc), but this seems to be normal in the area as well. We traveled 5 hours south after this stay, and the room looked exactly the same, only bigger. So, if you want fancy, plan on paying 2-3x as much, I would guess. For those that don’t need fancy, enjoy a stay right across the street from the beach, with very pleasant staff, and a nice breakfast.

The staff are the best. They are happy to help in any way they can to make your stay pleasant.

Bathroom could be bigger. If someone is big, he might struggle, unless there are other rooms with bigger bathrooms.

Owner and the personel are wonderful people. They don't treat it as a job, they give their hearts out. Location is very good, close to beach and local shops and restaurants. Secure parking if you have a car.

The hospitality was amazing. Daniele made sure we felt like home. It made our stay so much more enjoyable. The location was also perfect, just 2 minutes away from the beach. The room was clean and the cleaning lady came every day and changed our towels. Very good value for the money. We will gladly return.

Excellent location, only 50 meters distanced from the beach. Room was very clean. Great staff, very friendly and willing to please customer. Breakfast was really nice and coffee was great. Two guarded parkings are available close to the site, just a minute of walk from hotel.

Simply the BEST place to stay in the area – with delicious breakfast included. The sea was very close. The owner and the staff are very friendly and outgoing! Nice and clean rooms also. Daniele is a great host. Very warm welcoming with offering coffee to us. He was always nice and friendly during our stay. Also, the lady who prepared breakfast was very nice and kind. We also celebrated the last evening of our stay with Daniele, offering us free glass of wine! The location of hotel is great just about 2 min waking to the beach. Fresh orange juice with home made croissant, wow! Umbrella at the beach offered by the hotel was in a reasonable price and close to security camera, which is safe and sound. Strongly recommended!

The location of the hotel is excellent, the beach is 100 m away and it is very well-kept. Restaurants and shops all around. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the entire staff is professional and very friendly. And the owner Mr. Daniele is really a hotelier with charisma, hospitable, polite and very friendly. The price/quality ratio is top. I highly recommend!

Everything was beautiful. Rimini is very interesting, the hotel is 50m from the sandy beach. San Marino is just 30 minutes away by car, amazing and historic. San Marino outlet and a shopping mall in Rimini if you are into shopping. The host, Danielle, was really polite, charming, helpful and always at disposal.
