There wasn't anything I didn't like. But I do think the options at breakfast could improve so that there is more options available. I think for a short stay it would have been fine but we stayed for a week and I felt we could have done with a bit more variety. I also felt it was a shame that they shut off the outdoor dinning area as this would be nice if it was to stay open so that guests can sit out there in the evening's.

I really liked the location, it wasn't right in the middle of all the busy places which is something we preferred. I loved the balcony that we had in our room it was nice to sit out and play cards with a little drink on the warm evenings. The bed was very comfy and the room and bathroom was lovely and clean. The staff were so so lovely and helpful and really went out there way when I couldn't get a cup of tea in the cafes around Rome and when I came back one evening they kindly made me a cup of tea and made my husband a coffee for us to take to our room. This isn't something that was available it was only available in the mornings at breakfast so we appreciated this so much and they then did this for us for a further 3 evening for us.

Our beds were very uncomfortable. Too small and hard. We both cracked our heads on the low wooden headboard. Our TV did not work for the entire time. We stayed 4 days. But overall we enjoyed our stay. So just a few changes. We saw into other rooms so I guess if we had upgraded our sleep may have been better. They looked cute and comfortable

Loved the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast The location was great! Near enough to the monuments but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The gardens and courtyard are very pretty. Also the cleaning staff were very accommodating and did a great job. Thank you for a pleasant stay

The interior of the room could have some more colors (everything was brown). Rooms have lovely old doors but you can hear everything that goes in the hallway.

Could have done with a bar, even if this is only bottled items staffed by reception. Bus services to its location were sketchy, highly recommend using the Uber bikes/scooters.

The room was very spacious which is something you don't find often with hotels in Rome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast could be better. Slot of sweet chooses, but the hot breakfast only consisted of scrambled eggs, which however were very good. They need to add bacon and muchrooms etc

I arrived 3:00 am in the morning and they gave us room with stairs no elevator and no water in room no coffee or tea nothing and no hotel sleeper and bad cleaning a lot of ants around the room and toilet.

lived in an additional building next to the main one. everything looked good, but the smell in the room was terrible. dampness. breakfasts were very poor. it is clear that the products are not enough for the whole hotel people. Everything is cold. We stayed with my husband and child at the hotel. my husband had a birthday on one of the dates of his stay, the hotel did not react to our holiday in any way. there was not even an elementary congratulation on paper. cleaning was at inconvenient hours, exactly at lunchtime, and not in the morning as in all hotels. We will not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

Staff took too long to prepare the rooms, nobody was there to help with luggage. AC was not working Not much privacy and no sound proofing. I can hear my neighbour and i am sure everyone heard my child crying at night. No isolation between bathroom and the room, took a shower and found the water reached outside the bathroom.

We have booked our room 3 months in advance and prepaid the total amount. In the booking it was mentioning "50m away from the main building" and we decided to select this room as it seemed to be spacious from the photos (big room, big WC & nice garden). The check in was at 15.00 and we arrived at 14.15, they declined to let us enter our room stating that it was not ready yet (although check out was until 11.00). Thus, left our luggage and went to the city center, returned back at 20.00. A guy, which was quite rude and ironic, accompanied us to our room which was 200m away from the main building & reception, in a totally different road and building. Although the main building was beautiful, the other building in which we stayed WITHOUT EVER BEING ASKED, was very old and totally different from the one on the photos on booking (if i have seen it, i would never have booked it). We had to unlock 3 doors to arrive to our room which was part of a bigger separated room (perhaps used for families?). When finally arrived to our room, it was by far smaller than the one that we shown on photos, it also had a window covered from the outside, thus cannot see anything. The guy left us and then locked again all doors (thus, in case of emergency we would have to unlock them all to get away), no one was on our floor (the other rooms were empty), thus we started feeling very uncomfortable and endangered. No reception at this building, we were on the 1st floor and the other floors were for different usage. Next day the other rooms were filled due to a big concert that was on town, thus felt better but there was no soundproofing and we could clearly hear whatever the next roommates were saying or doing. Thus, the bad review comes from the fact that: 1) they cheated us by fake photos on Booking and by mentioning less distance from the main building, 2)we were never told that we will be in a building without reception, 3) no proof of payment given.

The hotel room was clean (as were all the common areas as well) , the cleaning lady was cleaning and changing towels every day and was very polite. The breakfast (although at the main building, 200 m away from our room thus have to walk this distance every day twice) was very rich. They also provided us with a small extra breakfast at our building.
