The place has a superior location nearby the metro station and Vatican city. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Luca who runs the place is amazingly helpful! He helped us with great food recommendations and sightseeing ideas. Definitely a place worth picking when you visit Rome.

The room was clean, the atmosphere peaceful and the bed mattress comfortable. Andrea and Luca were of great help. They gave us tips, suggested places worth visiting and gave us restaurant recommendations. On the last day of our stay, there was a strike, and they helped us arrange transport back to the airport. In summary, it is truly a wonderful place to stay in Rome. Do not hesitate to book a room here.

The Wi-Fi signal in our room was a little weak, I couldn't use it most of the time, but it wasn't a problem for me.

The location of the hotel is great, there is a shuttle to Fiumicino Airport right from the back street. It is also 500 m away from the metro stop, and the Vatican and Castel San Angelo are also very close. If you prefer to travel on foot, you can walk to almost every important point in Rome. Luca, the owner of the business, was also very welcoming. He immediately gave us tips to use on the trip.

Luca is an incredible host. Always keen to offer suggestions on how best to enjoy the Eternal city. The rooms were spotlessly clean with new furniture (which is rare in Rome). Location was exceptional. Literally 5 minutes away from the Vatican and Castel Sant Angelo. Have been to Rome a few times and this was by far the best place we stayed in. Well done Luca.

Luca was a marvelous host who went above and beyond when I was injured in a fall. He was right there to help, call the ambulance and he stayed with my friend while I was in ER. He helped her with a number of things including calling taxis and booking our shuttles to the airport. The room was in the perfect location, walking distance to the Vatican, shops and restaurants and when I returned from the hospital, the quiet and peace in the room was very comforting after the trauma of the hospital.

I think a chair to sit in as well as office chair would be helpful. Two pillows each is normal but we only had one although I’m sure we could have asked for more. The bath is tight but it’s functional and the towels need replacing as on the thin side.

The location was very good, walking distance from the things we wanted to see. Luca was an excellent host and with his help we ate in very good restaurants close to the hotel and he has a vast knowledge of Rome and knows so much about a lot of subjects. His help definitely improved our visit and is available in person or by phone all the time. The room was well laid out with plenty of storage space for bags and clothes. Everything worked. The air conditioning was super quiet and efficient. The bed was comfortable. There was a quilt to use if you wanted one. The shutters and curtains kept out the light. The building was easy to get in and out of. The breakfast was good and very close by. There is a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

All was perfect!

The apartments were in a perfect location, with easy access to all the historical sites, and great for restaurants and shopping. Luca who runs the suites was amazing and made our stay perfect, he advised us on what to do and when - so we missed some queues - and recommended restaurants so we were able to sample the delicious Italian food.

Because it’s a suite of rooms in an apartment building there was not a stock room of replacement items. When our coffee maker broke a new one was ordered immediately but not available during our stay. My morning coffee habit was thwarted. I venture to guess that the linen room now has an extra.

Location was great; in a real neighborhood and not a crushing tourist scene. 15 minutes to walk to the Vatican ( we had a 7:30 am tour). 20-25 minute walk to The Spanish Steps . The room was small but well situated ( there are larger rooms available so ask for that). The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable with great crisp linens. Ample towels as well. Luca and son Andrea could not have been more welcoming hosts; so helpful and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them. Although not living on property they were definitely available for any reason. We were sad to say goodbye… at the curb… where Luca insisted on helping us down with luggage. Bonus was meeting his wife as we left. Really nice family.

The location is perfect, close to many shops and restaurants. The metro station is within walking distance making it easy to travel to all the historical sights. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip with the lovely owner who helped get us tickets to the coliseum including access to the arena area. Luca also helped us find our way around town while also recommending places to eat. Our trip was made 10 times easier because of Luca and his team, I would fully recommend staying here.

It was a terrific experience, no negatives.

The biggest thing this property has is it owners. Luca and Andrea take customer service to a new level. They make you feel like a neighbor or old friend. They consistently go the extra yard in making your stay the best one possible for you. They provide their personal cell phones and are there when you have a question. They respond very timely and troubleshoot your needs. I could go on with the level of service they provide…the long and short of it, they are rock stars in customer service and if any place deserves an 11 score this is it. They have a great price point, the facilities are very nice and the location is extremely conducive with access to all of Rome’s major attractions.
