I loved everything!

This was my second visit to this hotel and it has been perfect on each occasion. The location is fantastic as it’s in the heart of Rome, close to the Colosseum and the metro. The room was lovely and had everything that I needed. It was quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Roman Forum. The staff here are wonderful. (Grazie mille, Santo e Sabrina!) They are so helpful and kind. They gave me a map at the start of my stay and marked the route to places that may be of interest and were always very welcoming.

Stay was perfect

The team at the Romano hotel were amazing. They were friendly, professional and kind, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was less than 10 mins walk to the coliseum and forum, all other main attractions were within 30 mins walking distance. The hotel was situated next to multiple good restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the minibar was well stocked and reasonably priced. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was cleaned on a daily basis. Tea, coffee and toiletries were replenished without asking.

The only drawback is there is no onsite restaurant, BUT there are a million options a few footsteps down the street! Rome is super crowded get ready to have a lot of people around but again that's the fun of it!

Super location, great walking distance to all major attractions. Room was comfortable, and clean. You don't spend much time in your room you're out and about, it's kind of like a cruise ship, you only sleep in your room!

It might of helped to have just a little more storage or closet space. We only stayed 2 nights but if we had been there longer the room might of been too small in that aspect.

The staff goes out of their way from the time you show up to check in. Our room was great too with plenty of little extras. The room itself was set up wonderfully and was quiet even though we were right next to many attractions and restaurants.

I was so impressed by this hotel! Staff were always helpful and friendly, the room was clean and location was exceptional. The Colosseum is a block away and everything is within a 4km radius of the hotel such as; the Trevi Fountain, Trastevere area, Villa Borghese and Vatican City. I walked everywhere but there are many bus stops and train stations close by.

Has nothing to do with the hotel, but there are many restaurants that are made for tourists, they are expensive and the food is like everywhere else in the world. We asked at resection second night and got a recommendation for restaurants. Remember to do this even better call and ask to make reservations before you go. Food was out of this world at the recommended restaurant 😋

Really awesome and friendly reception from Santo, we felt welcome. It was close to forum even with view over forum and the beautiful city if you stood at the window. We could walk everywhere, they don't have breakfast but there is a small snark bar next to, with amazing coffee and "snaks" would recommend doing like Roman's and eat standing in there, sitting down with service costs more 😉

Lift, kettle, tea & coffee, own bathroom, comfy bed, open window to street view & opposite to Foros & that view, air cond perfect temp all the time, literally 24 hour reception, super kind & helpful staffs, eateries everywhere, breakfast st Snack Bar quality food & cheap, easy bus 75 & 117, metro B is only 7 mins away, mini markets every 2 mins apart, super close to colosseum & every central storio & old town, close to laundromat with excellent wash, dry & fold

The staff was absolutely wonderful and always so helpful. They patiently answered every question and gave wonderful directions to various sites. Though a busy area, I never heard any of the street activities. It was very close to everything, and housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning every day. A very delightful hotel!

The only thing I can say is that the street was loud out my windows but that has nothing to do with hotel! I put in some earplugs and was so tired from exploring it didn't bother me

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe at this hotel and as a solo traveler that is very important! Room was always cleaned every day! Hot water and nice bed Super close to attractions especially Forum...Colessum and Capital Hill.
