The place is great and very convenient. Emma is the best host someone can find in Rome if not in the whole country. She made us feel welcomed from the first until the last minute. I definitely recommend to stay there!

Emma is very nice and kind person, we feel there like at home. Everything was clean, you can have coffee, biscuits, fruits, maps, guidebooks, lots of recommendations. House is located very close to Vatican and very close to underground, so you are in 10 min in the center. I will come back for sure. Michaela

Cosy and clean room in a quiet neighborhood. It is easy to get to the historic center of Rome, even on foot. Emma is a great host, always willing to help us (she even arranged our transportation to airport). In general, our accommodation was great value for money.

Absolutely nothing!

Emma was simply amazing. She was there to comfort us after my daughter’s phone got stolen and offered to help in any way she could! Gave us detailed information about everything in the area including restaurants. The property was everything you could ask for and then some. It was spotless! The host, Emma was available and quick to respond to all our needs. I will definitely return to this property when visiting Rome again! Thank you Emma ❤️

The Air conditioning was a bit loud, but it's expected when the outside is 35 degrees.

What’s not to like :) The warm hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, great location, and incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay, and I personally can't wait to return in the future. Some reviews say that internet is not working properly, but for us was great, even in the room. Emma’s hospitality is out of this world!

Perfect hospitality! The place was extremely clean and comfortable to stay at. Just right by the Vatican walls. All the historical sightseeings are on a walking distance from the Roman Suite Guest House. Our host Emma was the nicest person ever! There is nothing you could not like

Best experience ever! Spacious, clean room. Great location, right next to Vatican, walking distance to all central locations, just few minutes to the metro station. Great neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants. And last but not least - best host ever! Emma is such a wonderful person, taking care of every single detail, making your stay enjoyable.I would recommend to everyone!

- host Emma was very friendly, nice to talk to, had great recommendations and helped us with all requests - great, modern and clean room - free coffee and fruits in the Common kitchen area - Apartment is in a great area (Prati) with loads of lovely (and cheap!) Restaurants,Bars, Supermarkt nearby; also very close Vatican and good starting point to visit city (~30min walking distance to Pantheon) = We loved our stay here & and would definitely come back!!! (2 Sisters from Austria)
