Everything was Ok It its not a hotel, rather an appartment with shared bathroom

The apparent exceed my expectations! The location is great - just 10 minutes to Termini. Appartment itself is very clean. The Bed was super comfortable. Host is very friendly and supportive. The bathroom is shared but it was keeps clean and fresh.

A clean, large spacious room. Short walk from Termini station. Great for airport transfer. A great food Mercato in the station. Close to all tourist attractions. Access to the unit was easy.

The room was located on ground floor facing a very busy street, so noise-level was a bit too high. No hot water the first morning, it was however later solved after contacting the landlord.

Check-in information and access to room was really good! Close location to Roma Termini. Breakfast was not included, but café next door offered good service, nice selection of pastries & very good coffee :)

There was not a lot of natural light in the room, so I wouldn’t make this the base for your whole vacation, but it’s good for a night or two if you plan to be out and about a lot.

This was a basic private hostel/hotel room. I was only there to sleep, so it was perfectly fine for a night. The bed was a twin size and quite firm but comfortable. The place was really clean. There was no on-site staff, but communication and instructions for how to get into the room was easy over WhatsApp.

The bed didn’t have the comfiest mattress but it was still doable.

Liked that it was easy and accessible with multiple locks to get in, so it felt very safe for a group of young people. Very close to metro station Manzoni which is the same line as the spanish steps and Termini station so easy to get around for little cost.

Hard to find out about entrance - you need WhatsApp, and the hotel will send you a video og entrance + info about your code to Get in. If you do not have WhatsApp, it is hard to Get this info. Should send the info in the chat in the booking app or in the e-Mail the same day or something instendig. (Imo)

I am big on needing internet and it wasn’t overly reliable. The first one didn’t work, the second one worked if you stood by the bedroom door of the bedroom at the back… that was the only thing that made this stay hard.

22 solo traveller thoughts - Location is perfect, just outside the main city, but a small walk right into it. The bathroom being shared worked super well, the staff allowed as needed baggage holding, would stay again.

Nothing. It was exactly what I needed for my stay.

It's cosy and you get all the amenities that you need for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and had my room ready earlier than check-in time. It was a well secured building and I felt safe. I was able to walk to all the main attractions with ease so the location is great - plus it's a 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini.

Good location for seeing sights such as the Colosseum and easy access to the station. The room was large and comfortable and the host sent us a WhatsApp video to show how to access the room following a late arrival in Rome.

Not easy to find as the "hotel" is just one suite of rooms among many in an old Roman apartment block. But the host sent a video which helped.

Spotlessly clean, excellent value for money, not far from Termini Station. Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II gives the neighbourhood a healthy green uplift.

Neighbourhood isn't really that superb and clean. It is, however, anywhere in the big cities around main train station, you get to see some shadows, but it isn't too dark, almost bearable, or manageable. Also I didn't check it was shared bathrooms, yet it wasn't too stressful as only share with other two rooms.

Hotel is extremely clean and staffs were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for navigating the city, close to the station.

The hotel is in the City centre more or less but it makes it easy to walk everywhere. Very close to Roma Termini station. The room was lovely comfortable and clean! Thanks X

Wish the other guests could understand that if they have to share a bathroom they should keep it clean... But I can't blame the owners for that obviously...

Very close to Termini station - some 15 minutes walking or even less! The room was nice and clean, and there's also a lift in the building - the ancient one:D - but working perfectly - the apartment is on the first floor, but if you have a big suitcase - it does matter!:) Emanuele was super nice and friendly - we haven't met in person but 5 minutes after I booked the room I got his message - he sent me "step by step" video manual concerning how to get to the apartment and in general seemed to be a very positive person!:)

SUPER loud noise even with the windows shut. SUPER dim lights in the room. The price is not so budget-friendly if you visit during peak season. But it is Rome, so this should be expected.

The self-service check-in was smooth, and the owner was very friendly and responsive. Walking distance from Roma Termini, but it is not a very nice neighborhood for walking. Cleanliness is good.
