Centrally located. We were able to walk to most of the sites we wanted to see. Vatican City is 10 min away. Property is clean and well organized. Staff was great. My wife forgot a necklace and they were able to send to our hotel in Naples. Fantastic service.

Very very very gooood!!! Must of beautiful location! Staff are very nice . Very safety location for night walking, near you can find more shops if you want to have a shopping. More parks and cafe. Clinging was every day, breakfast is light but good- taste croissants, coffee, juice, sweets. You can prepare coffee whenever you want, there are coffee machine in lobby. Building is very beautiful !!!

Super clean, and the staff was very welcoming and warm. The location was absolutely fabulous. A literal dream. Within walking distance of everything. Vatican city was a stone's throw away, and we managed to walk even to the colosseum from the hotel. Beds were comfortable and the only gripe I had was with the pillows. But I usually also travel with one of my own, so it was not a deal breaker. I would love to head back and stay there again.

All was great, I notice other reviews mentioning a small shower but I found it fine, maybe if your oversized it might be small for your liking.

Stefano was an awesome host, pleasant and friendly always willing to help and give advice and directions. Loved the cute pastry and coffee and juice in the mornings. Great aircon and clean room. Safe area, lots of places to eat close by and right by Vatican. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication was great also before checking in.

I wouldn't say I didn't like something, but for someone minus can be a small bathroom and not the cleanest walls

Really good stuff, they helped us to find the best route for our trip. One of the excellent locations. Based on average prices it was pretty good. Free breakfast with croissants and cappuccino. TV with the possibility to watch YouTube or Netflix

Location was great, staff (Stefano and Arlen) was non-imposing, kind and responsive to every need and question- including where to try the best espresso out of the tourist beaten tracks. Facilities were excellent.

Amenities are limited due to size of hotel- only 7 rooms so staffing is limited. Concierge is there only in am unless someone is checking in. Shower is small.

Location is close to Vatican and in a safe area. Staff is helpful when there. Very walkable to various sites.

Small shower. Not really a hotel in the traditional sense in that the "front desk" was rarely staffed. If leaving before 8 am no coffee available.

Locations was awesome! Stepano was great! He gave us lots of great tips and info! He was also very kind to let us check-in earlier since the room was available. That was a big plus since we were all exhausted from the trip. Not only that, He also provided us with coffee , hot cocoa for my son, and croissant every morning:) We stayed at the triple room and it was large enough for me, my son and my husband.

Good service! Stefano (the owner) was very friendly and serviceminded. They offered Italian breakfast in the price, it was very appricated and good. Good location with only 5-10 walk to the Vatican and central to everything. Will definitly come back to the same hotel when traveling to Rome!

Room was small, even for a larger room at the hotel, but when you're staying in a small hotel in a historic district it was expected. Would have loved a coffee maker in the room, but there was a small coffee bar in the lobby and staff was happy to make coffee for us each morning and offered breakfast pastries.

Location was great, a short walk to many touristic locations, and felt very safe to walk at night. Very small boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff and owner. Would absolutely stay there again, and probably will.

The only problem is that you can hear things from the room next door but ok they were quiet at night so we didn't have any problem

Small but Clean rooms , friendly and very helpful staff, 2 minutes walking from piazza Cavour and that means you can find a bus to go to all the main attractions(like 10-15 minutes with a bus) and also taxi to get to the airport. 2 minutes walking from Castle St Angelo and the river. Quiet neighbourhood and the building feels very safe since you have to pass 3 doors to get into the hotel.

Very pleasant stay, thanks to Stefano, our personable, considerate and intelligent hôtelier. Quiet location, away from the crowds, but still close to major tourist sites, including the Vatican and San Angelo castle. Our room facing the yard was very quiet but had a small window. Other rooms have larger windows. We had a very pleasant five nights stay. Very good value for money. Stefano prepares light breakfasts with exquisite cappuccinos.
