Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All personell was very attentive, my check out was early in the morning, and I could not make it to breakfast in time. However, the administrator gave me some croissants before opening the door, which was very nice of him.

Very efficient receptionist. Practical location if you need to get a flight. Not so far from airport. Parking lot available. Quiet room. Close to malls, where you find restaurants.

GermanyThere were ants in the room. The bathroom was very old and not renovated (e.g broken door of bathcabin and soem broken parts on the tiles). Not a good quality breakfast, no good bread, no fresh cakes, ... The room was too dark, the central lamp was making a gloomy shade in the room. Although the location is close to train station which is nice, but the neighborhood didn't seem to be that safe especially late at night. The hairdryer was very old and weak.
They have very friendly staff. We alwayas had clean towels.

GermanyWell - the hotel is old, so it's to be expected that not the latest sanitary things are installed. Still - the shower head is a fixed one; you can swivel it a bit, but you can't have it as a handheld. Then, the A/C was not working properly - it went on and off permanently (NOT because it switched off once the temp was reached, but it seems rather a "loose wire" somewhere). It is also very dusty inside and does not transport confidence.
Parking is in front of entrance, and in addition at the back of the hotel. Access to rooms is easy, rooms are sufficiently sized. Breakfast is ok when one is there early. Be aware that the juices are CONENTRATED and need to be diluted with the water on that automat. The staff was very friendly and supported us when we forgot some clothes in the room when checking out. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

United StatesOur sinks’s plug was broken so sink filled with water and couldn’t drain. Although breakfast was lovely, we had to wait for everything because they kept running out. Room was small and unable to put on air conditioner.
For us the location was perfect because near Linate airport and the highway toward Verona since heading out the next day. Plenty of parking. Definitely not in a beautiful area or near the attractions. Had a nice breakfast included. The staff was amazing!! Very attentive at check in and breakfast. Mattress very comfortable and room very quiet even next to front desk.

The location is very good for Linate airport, the staff were helpful and the room was perfectly fine for our purposes. If you don't want to take a taxi from the centre, the hotel is reachable via public transport and a 10 minute walk.
