The breakfast was apparently intent to Italian, because there was no vegetables at all. Only sweet food...

Some rooms are very small and the balcony as well. No war drop and no safe.

The breakfast items would increase. There should be a toaster in the area, and apart from sausage and scrambled eggs, which were good, other breakfast items should be included. The pastry table was excellent, with fresh items every day. AS regards coffee or tea and water, we had a good service.

The room is excellent, with a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is clean, and the everyday service is excellent, very good. The breakfast area is quite wellcome but the items for breakfast, although they are good, need to improve a bit.

Basic but that’s all we needed as an emergency stay. We got stranded at the airport with no hire car due to flights delays and the staff at the hotel did their upmost to help us sort out collection of our vehicle. It wasn’t easy as their English wasn’t extensive but they tried their best with the help of a customer who could speak better English. We very much appreciated it.

The hotel has a lot of potential. Unfortunately unfulfilled.There was also a restaurant but it was in repair, so no other food in the hotel. It has a swimming pool which was full but unused, I asked and they told me because of the repair. I don't see how the restaurant and the swimming pool are connected?! Also no coffee before the breakfast at 7.30! I asked a few times for a doppio espresso(when I was there for breakfast )but the lady at the bar kept making them single. Thankfully some coffee shops around the bay open at 6 if you're an early bird. I know it is the season but I felt like it's a bit too pricey. Last but not least no sand beach near by unless you get on the train travelling to Barletta ,which I do recommend instead of Pane e Pomodoro in Bari.

The included breakfast was only sweet things, such as cakes and cornettos. Nothing salty. There was some prepacked sandwiches but you have to pay for them. The location is good to walk around the bay. Lots of restaurants . Bus 1 on the street above the hotel goes to Bari, but also a train station near by- Bari Santo spirito. Amazing sunrise and sunsets too! After the initial hiccup with the AC which wasn't working, we've been moved to another room. Some rooms have a small fridge, so you can bring stuff from outside. The towels in the room were changed every day.Nice garden outside and no mosquitos anywhere.The owner of the hotel is lovely!

The check in was awful - for some reason it took the guy at least 20 minutes to scan our passports. We were given the keys but it was not explained where to go to find the room. The room itself is clean but everything is very old, although for the price we paid this was pretty OK. The doors to the room do not open well, so all guests closed their doors with noise which woke me up during night.

The size of room is good, the beds are not too soft, it was nice sleep. But on the other hand the beds are also really small. You should not expect too much from this hotel. Although outside is really nice space. The breakfast included some pastry (it was good) and coffee. Ladies in the cafe are nice and very cheerful.

Breakfast was like nothing..some bread with one kind of ham, cheese and croissant. They brought out an old moldy bread as a gluten-free alternative. Nobody speaks english..only in italian. Far from the city center or any kind of buses. Old pieces of furniture. The cleaners wanted to do their daily cleaning when we were still in the room in the morning..and we needed to wait them to finish.

Close to the airport, nice garden. Bar staff was friendly.

The air conditioner in the room was not cleaned for a long time. When you leave the room, they automatically turn off the air conditioner from the system and when you come back to the room it's hot as hell. None of the staff spoke English and communication was difficult. Breakfast was meager, a few slices of cheese, salami and ham, yogurt and croissants from the bar.

The location of the hotel was 30 meters from the sea. There was a free parking lot attached to the hotel, which was locked every night. The hotel had a lovely garden for lounging and dining with lots of tables and chairs. Also the night lights were unique. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We booked for to rest. We were very tired from the road and we were going to fly on in the morning. There was a lot of noise in the hotel. Outside the party, even if I closed all the windows, it was loud. In the hallway as well, there was a lot of commotion, doors were slamming, people were laughing and shouting. We managed with great difficulty to fall asleep very late. In conclusion, we booked a night to rest at the hotel, we didn't manage to rest at all :( maybe it would be an idea to somehow separate the party from the rest, to have a hotel area with more isolated rooms and windows that don't go out straight to the party. I booked this hotel for breakfast, in all the hotels where I've stayed so far, this was from 7 o'clock, of course, it was good to ask about this aspect beforehand. I didn't have breakfast in the morning, I got off at 7, but it's at 7:30 a.m. Maybe it would be good to move it a bit, those who have a flight in the morning, can't benefit from breakfast. All in all, we booked this hotel to rest, but it wasn't possible, we left more tired than we were... we booked this hotel for breakfast, not to leave the airport hungry. We left for the airport, more tired and very hungry.

I liked the location and arrangement of the hotel garden.

The cleanliness was not on the level and room facilities are old and consumed. Needs immediate renovating.
