Strong garlic smell in the bungalow @ handover. (Compensated by a bottle of wine 🫡)

We got a generous Bungalow right in the front row including a veranda with view seaview! Thanks! The location is in a park and we had a designated, nearby parking. Water was still pleasant at the end of the season. Make an excursion to Piombino (or two)! We had the following ritual there: Sunset Apero @ "Brulotto Rumme & Fiamme", followed by diner at Ristorante "Il Porticciolo"; both highly recommended.

The accommodation is very old, in need of major refurbishment and very expensive for the quality

If you are travelling and not arriving in a car then you are missing basics such as washing up liquid, sponge etc that you need to clean up.

I wish there were soap in the room and at least one or two tablets for the dishwasher, as it is not easy to get them on the first day, if you arrive late or get to the time when the store is closed. The beach bars Nautica and Mistral don't serve dinner between 9 and 9:30 p.m. unless you have a reservation, citing busyness. However, there are plenty of free tables. So if you arrive late, you can only have dinner at your villa.

Beach, sea, green area, fine dine restaurant. The car is parked next to the villa, which is much more convenient than parking outside the territory, as it is done in other dune hotels. You do not have to get all the things at once, and you can get only what you need. This is very important given the small size of the rooms. At the same time, there is practically no automobile traffic on the territory and cars do not interfere.

not a great deal. Our accommodation was a little cramped for 5 mainly as we didn’t bother putting the fold down bed away. there’s no tea or coffee making facilities. we normally drink a lot of mugs of tea Minor points only

the location was amazing. The food in Nautico and Mistral whilst expensive was great. Our accommodation was in easy walk to the beach and pool.

we would have liked some more informations about the resort. we checked in on Sunday and Tuesday we met a cleaning lady on our stairs who wanted to clean the house as well as changing towels and linens. we weren’t aware that this was part of the service and had cleaned the house ourselves that morning already. it would have been easy to put that information on the flyer handed out to us at check-in. they offer an app but it’s not very helpful. also when I booked our stay it said clearly “breakfast included” but in the confirmation email it was stated “no meal plan included” which was weird. when I asked back I was told that breakfast was not included yet it was marked as included on the app.

we loved the cleanliness and of course the beach. it was awesome to have the beach with a personal umbrella and deck chairs within a stone’s throw! the entire resort was very well kept and quiet the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no Wi-Fi in our villa.

The resort is really beautiful, in a natural setting, you don’t need to worry about carrying money as you can pay with your water proof bracelets, there’s a supermarket in the complex and you can even pay there with your bracelet. The beach is clean and nice and just few steps away from the villas. The swimming pools are very nice as well. It’s very family friendly with all sorts of entertainment for kids. The food was excellent; and on two occasions the staff really made us happy. We had requested an extra bed for our twins and there was a misunderstanding so there was a delay and we were upset, the staff came with two very nice toys for our babies to apologize for the misunderstanding. It was a very nice gesture. On our last day, we asked if we could check out a bit later and they couldn’t arrange for it but they gave us free access to their luxury Mariva Dunes club and gave us our own bungalow; we enjoyed it very much and was the perfect ending to our great holiday

While very comfortable, the houses were looking a bit outdated. Also the exterior design was not really matching the forest environment. The kitchen was OK, but there was no dishwasher. It would have been nice to have also a washing machine.

The forest setting of the houses complex is perfect to avoid the Italian summer heat. We were able to reach the beach, restaurant or the pool almost all the way in shade, making it an enjoyable walk. The car parking spot was close to the house and not under direct sun for the whole day. In addition, the beach was perfect for children.

VERY overpriced. The staff was clueless and very rude. Food and drinks were crazy expensive and lots of hidden extra costs. The whole place is set up to take your money I had no hot water on the last 2 days - lady at reception was supe r rude about it. They gave me a free bottle of wine to sorry which was nice
