The lift was out of order throughout our stay. We thought the breakfast was fairly poor, plenty of choice but not very good. The shower cubicle in the bathroom was very small. It would be good if they contacted guests before arrival to remind them about parking arrangements. I had booked a long time ago and had forgotten that you couldn’t drive up to the hotel so my attempts to get there were a nightmare. However, that was my fault, all works perfectly if you remember to check instructions!

I wish the bedrooms were more well-decorated, and the hallways were quite warm. But my room did have air-conditioning.

The staff was wonderful, helpful and kind. I liked parking in the secure satellite lot and being transported to the city center. It was easy to navigate.

We stayed for one night in August. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, short walking distance to main attractions. The breakfast was very good with multiple selections. The hotel has a private parking area for 8 Euros per day. The hosts, Lucrezia and Francesco were very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service from the parking area.

There was nothing not to like!

Perfect location , ALL the staff are so helpful , the hotel is unique and has so much character to share. Breakfast is lovingly prepared and is a typical Italian buffet with superb coffee. No vehicles are allowed in the old town so the hotel provides a micro vehicle shuttle to collect you and your bags

The staff is amazing. Lucrezia was so nice, kind and helpful. One night we had a dinner reservation at Restaurant 700, she drove us there and then picked us up later.

The location is perfect. We called the hotel pior to our arrival and they came and pick us up from their parking area next to the car wash. It made it so much easier. Otherwise there was no way to drive in the small narrow streets. They have a cute tiny car.

For two elderly women, the circuitous path to our room, up and down oddly shaped stairs with luggage was a bit much. There is an elevator, but the path to our room still required the navigation of twisty turns on steps down to our room.

Room was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in an amazing location. Right in the centre. Perfect position for families. Good breakfast with lots of variety. The lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful, she was fantastic. Helped with our transfer and even called the UK office for us. Thanks so much! Would 100% recommend. Oh and loved the slippers that are provided in the room! :)

Nothing could have been better.

The accommodation is very central in Ostuni and very well placed for all restaurants, gelato and other tempting treats! The building is a 13th century palace, so is full of intriguing nooks and crannies. The staff were very attentive and more than helpful, the room was first class and the food was even better than we had hoped for. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting authenticity and comfort.
