The room is small but is ok. The breakfast room is really small but is also ok, especially when you are early. It is not a fancy hotel but is suitable for a practical trip.

Excellent location, close to Duomo cathedral. Well connected by metro and tram with their stations are very close to the hotel. Many of Milan attractions are at a walkable distance. Basic and functional hotel. Breakfast is delicious with good varieties. Staff is also helpful and friendly.

For €225 per night, I expected tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The amenities offered were limited: 2 tiny tubes of combined shampoo / body wash.

The location around the corner from the Duomo is fabulous. Spacious room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfasts.

It got noisy very early like 6;30 as the cleaners started banging things around. Only one plug worked and that was in the bathroom

They put only 2 bottle of water to the room at the first day. My prefer to them, for customer satisfaction they have to service everyday. Because people come to room and lookinf for a water. This is a basic thing.

The hotel was on a busy and quite noisy road but we accepted that given the excellent city centre location.

A very comfortable budget hotel in a perfect location just 200 metres from the Piazza del Duomo and the Milan metro links.

Room was small and very dark, looking out on to a dark and dirty central area. Was ok for us as we were out all day but you would t want to spend any time in the room

The a/c didn't work in my room. The lift was extremely slow and takes only 2 people at a time, and with a room on the 6th floor, it is quite a lot of stairs. The breakfast room was cramped, and the options were very limited. The ladies making coffee were also washing crockery loudly, and I felt like I was interrupting them by asking for a coffee, which is all done at a small bar in the breakfast room. We had to ask for plates, bread, cutlery, etc, once these items had run out. You have to hand in the room keys whenever you go out. When I checked in, I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied, and when I went back to the reception, I was told the colleague had organised the rooms and made a mess. I was quite anxious during my stay, wondering if the same thing might happen to me.

The location was fantastic. It is super cose to the metro station, the piazza duomo, and various restaurants and shopping areas. We felt safe in the area as well.

I was lucky to have an ample showroom. My siblings had the toilet and sink practically on top of each other. You could poop and wash your teeth in the same time.

The room was pretty small. The window was facing a near building's wall. But even with that, for my needs, the room was good.

I arrived around midnight for an inter-city connection night stay. The location is great and very easy to spot. The room had everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent. Rich, fresh and satisfying.

Perfect location, staff was very very kind ! They were flexible and always ready to help for any request you may have it! It’s a 3 starts hotel but super worth it, I stayed in worst 4 stars hotel! Breakfast was good, but the big win for this hotel is the staff and the location! Thank you for everything

Bathroom a little dated but was functional.

The location, so near the centre, trams, underground, taxi rank. Staff were brilliant working tirelessly at reception and preparing breakfast in the smart but bijou breakfast room. Breakfast was both continental with good fruit choice and small selection of cooked items.

Everything was fine. Could do with reading lamps - I was sharing a twin with my student son, & light was either on or off.
