Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Polandthe rooms as I mentioned are little bit old, the bathroom is of course good to use but little bit old-fashioned so the only thing you can complain is correlation price to quality (standard) but you are in the center or Rome
Breakfast was not included in my case so can not judge it. Location is more than perfect it's 50m from the main entrance to Roma Termini. It;s an old hotel, don't except fancy things. And I really love the personnel, in my case it was older Italian man really helpful and with great positive attitude

Booked this hotel as it is 100 metres from main Rome Rail Station (Termini) which allows to walk to hotel and easy access to the Metro which gives easy access to all of Rome no worries about walking around at night.

AustraliaOur initial room smelled of cigarette smoke although it was clean. The air conditioning unit was not working properly but they happily upgraded us to a better room. If you have 3 adults in the room make sure that you get the room with the kitchenette as it is slightly bigger than a standard room for 3.
I have stayed here before because of its location. It is so close to the train station and easy to get to, especially after arriving in Rome after a long flight and hauling suitcases around. It is about a 35min walk to the main attractions eg Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc, completely doable or the hop on hop off bus and public transport are located nearby as well. Convienient location, lots of restaurants around and access to the train station. Good breakfast selection.

Czech RepublicThe bathroom in my room was very small and I noticed a few ants in my room but managed to catch them all the first day and did not notice any more afterwards.
Great location close to Termini train station and metro lines, also close to airport shuttle bus stop. The room was more or less comfortable but showed some signs of aging.
