Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Good sized room with nice decor in a very central location, on the Rialto bridge itself. Getting to the hotel by the ferry is very easy. It is on the Rialto stop. The room was quite spacious with nice carpeting and curtains. It had a well stocked mini bar.

We had a nice stay at Hotel Rialto in Venice! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Rialto Bridge, which made it incredibly easy to find our way back through Venice’s maze of alleyways. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the Alilaguna water taxi line 2B, making airport transfers straightforward. However, we’d recommend opting for a private taxi boat from the airport, as the Alilaguna ride took an hour and was quite hot. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning! The staff at breakfast were amazing! The hotel itself was charming and quaint, with friendly and accessible staff who made our stay comfortable. Overall, Hotel Rialto is a great choice for its prime location and pleasant atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

AustraliaLocation! Location! Location! situated in the heart of Venice, Ferry stops right in front of the hotel, perfect if you have luggage to wheel into the hotel. Rooms are small, however you will be spending most of your time in the vibrant city of Venice. Breakfast was good and the service was amazing.
