Equipment is really narrow. Hot plate did not work, we could not make a coffee on it. There was no soap, no dish soap, no bag in the garbage bin. The lighting was extreme weak in the room.

The bed , which actually was a Sofabed, was quite uncomfortable. We almost couldn’t sleep. Also, there were no trash bags. Not in the bathroom not in the kitchen. Really weird and inconvenient . Although they were kind enough to let us check in a bit early than 5pm…

The property itself is nice. Nice terrace. Nice location . Good parking area . Maybe the bigger apartments are better.

I knew when booking this hotel that sleeping on a pull out couch was likely to not be as comfortable as a bed would be, and I was right. The mattress was large but thin and sunken in the middle so we kept rolling into each other all night. The floorboards were also extremely loud. Thankfully for us we were on the top floor, but I felt awful for the people below us both mornings since we were waking up at 5:30 to hit the trails early. So if you stay here- request the top floor.

The location was central to a few places we hoped to explore on our family trip to the Dolomites. The two pull out couch beds were large and easily fit our family. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed.

Noisy outside concourse. Had to wait some time for check-in. Dark, dated room. Sink unit in the kitchenette didn't work Very over-priced. Expected a real bed, not a bed-settee for the price.

The double bed mattress was old and generally not comfortable. The sofa beds were squeaking very loudly, so we barely slept that night. In general the place is dated, must be the reason for the much lower price compared to other properties in the area (we booked last minute, this is therefore a subjective opinion). It was written in the folder inside the apartment, that the kitchenette had to be left as never used, otherwise 50 euro cleaning fee will be charged (was therefore not feeling comfortable/free using it in case it was not left ‘clean enough’), no sponge/brush/cleaning towel or trash bags in the kitchen.

The only radiator was in the bathroom. The main living area with sofa bed was plenty warm, but the bedroom was cold. For winter this was less than ideal.

Living room and kitchen space was not fully maximixed as there is a big bed occupying living, dining and kitchen area. Utensils must be kept clean but there were no cleaning materials provided (dishwashing soap and sponge)

The sofa bed in the studio was a nightmare. Soggy and it squeaks with every movement.

I wouldn’t recommend this property.

The room was spacious but the facilities were poor. The stove was very old and after 30 minutes of trying to boil water we gave up but the owner brought a portable hot plate that worked. There was no tea or coffee or jug to even boil water. The check in was strange it said we had to ring but she was actually on site so why ring? The parking was great and the property was easy to find.

The lady who gave us the key was not welcoming at all, the apartment that we got needs renovation / plaster coming off the wall / ceiling and the beds were sofas - soooo uncomfortable! ! ! Overall we were glad that we only spent a 6 hour sleep here so it did not spoil our fantastic trip through the dolomites.

We liked that it was nearby the "3 Zinnen" and the affordable rate in this fantastic location. A very good bakery just around the corner for breakfast !
