The cleaners can be quite loud in the mornings in the hallways.

The property is more than 3*. I’d say higher end of the 4. The reception staff are so friendly and you’re welcome to leave your bags so you can explore. When we then went to check in they told us they had already put our bags in our room for us and showed us to our room. Absolutely loved our stay. Would 100% stay again!

We loved staying here the hotel was amazing the location was perfect. All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful from the cleaning staff to everyone on reception and in the bar. Daniele was extremely helpful, every time we asked him for assistance or recommendations he went out of his way to help. Sophie in the bar was also so lovely to us even though we were just about to leave. Made us wish we had drank in the bar more. We will definitely recommend this place and will also love to come back. Thank you so much for making our stay a fabulous one.

The fact that there was a premium price associated with the property could have been more enjoyable if breakfast was included instead of hunting for breakfast every morning before touring.

We liked the location of the property. Front desk staff friendly and always available. The availability of bottled water was essential in the heat of Rome. The room was comfortable and well appointed with the essentials.

The pillow is a bit too hard for my preference.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The boutique hotel is newly renovated and is situated at the top of the Spanish steps. Very convenient location. The room is well appointed, very clean, bright and spacious.

The only unfortunate thing on the first night was probably the hardest strangest pillows I've ever come across but when I whatsapped they added soft pillows the second night which were better. But overall a perfect stay minus the pillows.

The location could not be better. Right at the top of the Spanish steps. So also close the Trevi fountain and the pantheon and the main shopping street. Brand new modern interiors that are smartly designed. Also very spacious, especially for Europe. The room has a very comfy sofa bed and the air-conditioning was super effective especially needed at this time of year. The communication from the property before and during is really great. Not 3* at all but much better. I've seen many 4/5* in Europe that weren't so pleasant. But I assume its 3* as no facilities like pool and room service and views but in Rome you don't need that from your Hotel as you are out all day seeing the sites.

No gym nor pool, we booked fairly late so we did paid rather high for a hotel with no facilities.

Was a bit difficult to locate reception. Also the bar area, that is very nice, feels like it could be better used. It's begging for a great barista and delicious (openly displayed) pastries etc. Any guest who comes downstairs to see (and smell) that is staying for breakfast. Could also attract walk-ins too...

Location for a short stay is excellent. Staff were very attentive and helpful. I'd stay again.

Rosario was a fantastic host. He gave us great recommendations, and offered to help with everything. In an unfamiliar city, having a good host that makes you feel they can sort something out for you if it goes wrong, is so valuable. The accomodation was clean, spacious for Naples, and the breakfast was amazing, bountiful and fresh. The balcony view was gorgeous.

although the location is great (there are a lot of steps or up hill streets to get to the hotel-so climbing in the middle of a heat wave with small children was not ideal). Staff is polite but not all are really experienced. Check in area is really small and crowded and we would have preferred to be shown to the small cafe next door for the kids to have a drink while the adults dealt with payments etc. We opted to pay at the hotel and there was a problem with the machine which resulted in one of my cards to be blocked for the duration of the stay (which was a bit undesirable)

the location is excellent at the top of the spanish steps, safe area, rooms facing patio had cosy little balconies and rooms facing the street were very quiet, , the rooms are very large clean & newly refurbished. They offered as an early check in upon arrival for one of the rooms which was nice while the other was also available earlier than 15:00
