We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaOnly one minus point: WiFi connection is pretty low on bandwidth and is dropping pretty often... not suitable for this century needs... Something else: maybe better mattresses... ;)
For us, as a family of four adults, it was almost the perfect vacation in Lignano. The apartment is spacious, suitably furnished and equipped: two separately accessible rooms, living/dining kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher, large balcony, bathroom with washing machine, hair dryer.... Everything is there, furniture and bathroom very modern.... Located at a comfortable distance from the shopping street and the beach, as well as from various bars and grocery stores. Have already recommended the apartment to friends who were also very enthusiastic...

Slovakia250€ per night and I didn't get a hand soup. I got no washing powder, no dish washer caps at all, no bins nor bags for waste separation, no internet connection at all during the whole stay and one piece of toilet paper. Making me to ask for bed sheets and travel with a plastic bag a distance of half of the city to be able to do the beds by myself. Missing vacuum cleaner caused dirt to horde and we could barely get rid of it using provided broom. Meanwhile, treating me to not leave the rooms 'super clean' under the fine of 80€? You guys showed me the new lows. Two different pieces of shower corner left in my hand while using it.
Apartment is very close to the center and to the beach and have a spacious balcony.
