We’ve been satisfied with everything. Very nice room, clean, comfortable bed. In the room is coffee machine and pot, coffee/tea. Location was good for us, silent street. We’ve been met by Sara, process of check in was very fast, with all information what to do in the city. Thanks a lot for perfect stay ☺️

Absolutely beautiful property set in the bustling heart of via Garibaldi. The room was immaculate with a lovely balcony to enjoy some of the local wine. Sara was a fantastic point of contact, very helpful and accommodating.

Far to get to Ft de Novo to pick up transport to other islands.

Lovely and well taken care of, in great neighborhood, very walkable- close to St. Marks but far enough to be out of the craziness.

Sara is welcoming, happy to help us with any enquiry. The room is 10-20 min walking distance from all the main attractions: St. Mark's Square, Basilica of St. Mark, the Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge. The room is very clean, beautifully decorated, very quiet, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows, very bright and light, with beautiful curtains to maintain your privacy. We also appreciate the very delicious welcoming bag.

You can hear a lot in the hallway but the owners ask everyone to be mindful of the noise level and we felt everyone respected this.

The property was super quiet, clean and spacious. Three things that feel like a luxury in busy touristy cities. The beds were so comfy and air con worked well. It was extremely hot in Venice. I’d stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Venice. Sara is so kind and very helpful. We arrived very late at night and she gave us simple instructions to get into the room. We had no issues. A warning to those who arrive late at the airport in Venice - there is practically no public transit after midnight to get you to this part of the island unless you want to take many buses, vaporettos over 2 hours. However, Sara was helpful and arranged a private water taxi for us which was quick, easy and efficient. You need to hire in advance if you arrive after midnight.

Perfect location,not so far from the center but far enough to escape crowds. Also a few very good restaurants around. Room was nice,confy, tide. I really appreciated a coffee maker at the room.

We had the perfect stay here and Sara was so helpful from start to finish. She was available to answer any questions we had and done so very quickly. It was our honeymoon and we got a bottle of Prosecco as well as the snacks in the room which were re-stocked everyday! The location was perfect and the room was beautiful - we would definitely come back and recommend to anyone who wants to visit Venice.

This was our first visit to Venice as a city break holiday and meeting my brother who was also traveling. Our stay was made all the easier thanks to the helpfullness of Riccardo who was an exceptional host. We kept in contact via messages to help guide us along the way with his advice on travel and recommended places to eat. The room was outstanding and the air conditioner was a life saver during the summer heatwave. Everything was kept very clean and with a host of tea, coffee, treats restocked daily and welcoming bottle of bubbles was a nice gift. location for us was perfect as it felt quiet and away from the hussle of the city, yet had lots of places to eat and drink late into the evening right outside.
