A gorgeous guest house with the most friendly staff. Donatella has a beautiful place with the most spectacular view of the Duomo from the terrace. A modern, immaculate accommodation with everything you need. A fridge stocked with drinks and goodies and even an espresso machine for your morning caffe gazing at the Duomo. Highly recommend this stay as it is completely central to the bustle of Florence, yet quiet at night for a peaceful stay. It was a bit difficult to find the apartments but the staff were great and came to help us quickly. It would be even better if there were clear instructions and photos of the building entrance.

Our apartment was in such a central location to get around Florence. Close to lots of bars and restaurants you'll have plenty of choices about where to eat. The staff were lovely and accommodating during our stay, offering help when needed and going above and beyond to make our stay special. There were lots of personal touches like local lollies on the towels, and snacks in the mini bar to try. The bed was memory foam and soft but very comfortable. We also loved the view from the top balcony. It was a beautiful place to go and have a drink in the sunshine.

Recommend 10/10! First of all, the location is just perfect! The residence is literally in a historic building, a couple hundred meters away from the dome. We even had a spectacular view on the dome from our balcony. The rooms are quite big and very modern with a very nice bathroom (even rain shower heads). The high ceilings were a nice extra too. The staff lady was very friendly and helpful. Overall very good value for money – will come back!

If am being super picky, the breakfast wasn’t great and I had to ask for plates and knives but there was a great cafe down the street. Also. Could do with a towel rail in the room or bathroom to hang wet towels.

Our A/C unit wasn’t working while we were there. We could use the fan feature but found ourselves getting hot in the night. We are used to cold rooms though so for those that don’t typically use A/C when they sleep, there would be no issues!

What a beautiful little hotel. My wife and I booked a stay for her birthday. Donatella and her staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She even surprised us one evening with a bottle of wine and a lovely rose for my wife. The location is superb - right in the heart of Florence and our terrace had a beautiful view of the Duomo. The room and property was kept impeccably clean and we always had fresh towels. Would definitely come back on another visit to Florence 10/10

Donatella and Naomi were very kind and helpful! They made our stay feel extra special. Our room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the Duomo was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to everything. I would definitely stay there again as well as recommend to others. I do not have one single bad thing to say about our stay.

There was no onsite host/receptionist. All interactions were via text, and email. Thankfullly, it worked out OK. Not very comfortable, at first, especiallly, when the box that we were to get our key from also had other keys in it. confusing. There was a restaurant on the first floor and on one night it was a bit noisy, but this did not last past 1030 at night.

Room was spacious. Facility had a good elevator, wide stairs and a locking gate at the room levels. (there were also businesses in this building).

Only small issue was the tap in the shower was broken, which meant we couldn't get the temperature very hot and the water pressure was low.

My husband and stayed for our 5-year wedding anniversary, and Donatella and the team went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Amazing hospitality and service from the moment we arrived. The room and bathroom were small but modern, the bed was very comfortable. The view is breathtaking; every morning we woke to the church bells and opened the curtains to see the Duomo amongst the rooftops. The location is excellent, less than a 5 minute stroll to the Duomo. It was really difficult to find. We kept walking back and forth and walked into the wrong place first as there was no sign indicating the residence and I did not receive instructions to ring the buzzer. The wrong place we walked into told us to look for the name on the buzzer which is the only way we found it

It was very close to the center and was surprisingly really quiet! The ladies working at reception were really friendly and welcoming. Beautiful view as well. Also felt very safe and secure due to the locked gates and doors to get in

TV wasn't smart, would have been nice to access YouTube etc, no Milk in the room, that would have been a nice addition.
